New Delhi, 27 March (NNS): The supply of liquid milk ascended to 2 crore litres on daily basis in North India, due to this reason, it’s prices fell down to Rs 53/54 per litre. Presently, huge amount of liquid milk has been consuming in both the chilling and the desi ghee plants. Apart from this, most of the plants are running at the current level. Presently, there is no difficulty in the availability of liquid milk. Now, the stock of desi ghee has been selling at an under rate of Rs 100 per tin because of the constant selling and feeble demand. Notably, the production of desi ghee seems sluggish in the plants because the manufacturing companies are storing the butter stock for the future, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee is being quoted at Rs 9100/9300 per quintal and there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. Apart from this, the inferior quality stock also ruling at 7600/7700 per quintal.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 27 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ कर औसतन दो करोड़ लीटर चालू सप्ताह में हो रही है, जिस कारण इसके भाव 53/54 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर पूर्ववत नीचे चल रहे हैं। अभी भी लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट अभी चल रहे हैं। इस समय लिक्विड दूध में मशक्कत नहीं करनी पड़ रही है। फिलहाल ग्राहकी कमजोर होने एवं बिकवाली चलने से देसी घी बाजारों में 100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट में बिक रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि देसी घी प्लांटों में अपेक्षाकृत कम बन रहा है, क्योंकि निर्माता कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक आगे गर्मी के लिए कर रही हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में जो देसी घी 9100/9300 रुपए बोल रहे हैं, इसमें ज्यादा घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। नीचे वाले माल भी जो 7600/7700 रुपए बोलने लगे हैं।

Milk powder: Should trade for some days

New Delhi, 27 March (NNS): Currently, both the local and up country demand of milk powder has already been over after Navratri, but the export demand reported to be sluggish because of the war between Iran and Israel, due to this, the manufacturing companies are selling out their stock at the lower level from the last 2 to 3 days because the stock should have to store for the procurement of liquid milk from the companies. On the other hand, some stockists also started selling the stock of milk powder at the higher level, due to this, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 300/308 per kg. The stock should have to purchase after sometime because of the weak support of milk powder from South this year and the demand of Indian milk powder also seems high in the international markets. Therefore, it is expected that the market may increase from here after some days.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन मजूरी का काम

नई दिल्ली, 27 मार्च (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में लोकल एवं चालानी नवरात्रि की मांग समाप्त हो गई है, लेकिन ईरान-इस्राइल जंग के चलते निर्यात मांग ठंडी पड़ गई है, जिससे पिछले दो-तीन दिनों से निर्माता कंपनियां अंदरुनी मुलायम करके बेचू आने लगी हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि कंपनियों को मंदे भाव में लिक्विड दूध लेने के लिए प्रोडक्ट को रोकना जरूरी है। दूसरी ओर कुछ ऊंचे वाले भाव में स्टॉकिस्टों की भी बिक्री आ गई है, जिससे बाजार में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 300/308 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच टिक गए हैं। अब इन भावों में थोड़ा ठहरकर भरपूर माल खरीदना चाहिए, क्योंकि इस बार साउथ के दूध पाउडर का सपोर्ट नहीं मिल रहा है तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी भारतीय दूध पाउडर की कदर बढ़ी है। अत: कुछ दिन बाद फिर बाजार बढ़ जाएगा।
