New Delhi, 18 August (NNS): The demand of best quality stock has been started increasing due to the strictness over adulterated stock, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee have not showed downfall. The prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level as compared to the same period of the previous year because this year, the prices of liquid milk improved by Rs 5/6 per kg, due to this reason, the stock is being available at the higher level to the companies. The companies started making the butter stock because of the constant increment in the export demand. Today, the supply of liquid milk reduced to 3 lakh litres. Here, the shrawani demand seems constant, due to this, the prices of milk may not show downfall in the recent days, as a result, the prices of desi ghee may increase again. Presently, the stock of premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 9500/9700 per tin. Apart from this, there are strictness over the adulterated stock, due to this, it is expected that there will be the shortage of the stock during the coming days.

देसी घी-मंदा बिल्कुल नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 अगस्त (एनएनएस) मिलावटी देसी घी पर सख्ती होने से बढ़िया माल की कदर बढ़ने लगी है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में  बिल्कुल मंदा भी नहीं है। गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस बार 5-6 रुपए महंगे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को बिल्कुल पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि निर्यात मांग भी निकलने लगा है। आज 3 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर श्रावणी मांग चल रही है, जिससे बाजार लिक्विड दूध के अभी घटने वाले नहीं हैं, परिणामस्वरूप कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी आ जाएगी। वर्तमान में बाजार 9500/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं। इधर मिलावटी मालों पर कल से सख्ती चल रही है, इसलिए एक बार माल की शॉर्टेज बनेगी।

Milk powder: possibility to increase amid ban on adulterated stock

New Delhi, 18 August (NNS): The government has stopped the sale of  adulterated milk, yogurt, paneer along with other dairy products, due to this, there is a shortage of the stock. In this situation, the prices of milk powder may increase. Now, the supply of milk powder reported to be sluggish in the plants, due to this, the production of milk powder showed downfall. Notably, the demand seems high from the dry fruits manufacturers and the liquid products manufacturing companies from the last 2/3 days, due to this, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at the higher level of Rs 315/328 per kg. On the other hand, the traders started purchasing the stock at the current rates in the southern parts of the country. On the other hand, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu have been ruling at the higher level, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-नकली बंद से तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 18 अगस्त (एनएनएस) सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी दूध दही पनीर सहित अन्य उत्पादों की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दिया गया है, इससे माल की एक बार शॉर्टेज बनेगी। इस स्थिति में दूध पाउडर के भाव बढ़ सकते हैं। इस समय प्लांटों में आपूर्ति काफी कम दैनिक रह गई, जिससे दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घट गया है। गौरतलब है कि 2-3 दिनों से मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव तेजी लिए ठहर गए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव पर फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों अभी जड़ में मंदा नहीं है।
