New Delhi, 03 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed increment in North India and the amount of fats seems high in liquid milk.  Now, the stock of fats have been started increasing and the export of butter reported to be weak as compared to the previous year, on seeing this, the market may decrease after the stability in the prices for some days and the upcoming season will likely to be good, but the stock seems risky in these prices.

नई दिल्ली, 3 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में पहले की अपेक्षा काफी वृद्धि हुई है तथा लिक्विड दूध में फैट की मात्रा भी बढ़ी है। अब प्लांटों में फैट का स्टॉक बढ़ने तथा बटर निर्यात में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में कम जा रहा है, इसे देखते हुए कुछ दिन यहां बाजार टिकने के बाद ही फिर घटेगा तथा आने वाला सीजन भी बढ़िया रहने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन इस भाव में स्टाक रिस्की लग रहा है।

Milk powder: should purchase as per the needs

New Delhi, 03 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk increased to 2.30-2.35 lakh litres on daily basis in North India. The stock of liquid milk also been purchasing at Rs 55/58, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 285/295 per kg. Now, the consumption seems weak in the near future, whereas, the stock of milk powder has been started increasing the manufacturing companies and the wedding procurement will remain for one week. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock rather than the storing. The prices reported to be high in the companies of North India because the stock of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra has been selling at the lower rates and its quality also seems good.

दूध-जरूरत हेतु खरीद करिए

नई दिल्ली, 3 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 2.30-2.35 लाख लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है।  लिक्विड दूध में 55/58 रुपए तक खरीद की जा रही है, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर के भाव भी 285/295 रुपये प्रीमियम क्वालिटी पर टिके हुए हैं। अभी निकट में अतिरिक्त खपत नहीं है, दूसरी ओर निर्माता कंपनियों के पास दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक बढ़ने लगा है तथा शादियों की लिवाली एक सप्ताह की और है। अत: इन भावों में स्टॉक की बजाय अपना माल बेचते रहना चाहिए। निर्यात में उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों के पड़ते नहीं लग रहे हैं, क्योंकि तमिलनाडु एवं महाराष्ट्र में कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर सस्ते बिक रहे हैं तथा क्वालिटी भी बढ़िया आ रही है।
