New Delhi, 18 July (NNS): The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing in UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, but there is a shortage of fats stock in the plants. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the plants, but the consumption of desi ghee will likely to remain high in the various areas during the kawad yatra in the current week and the domestic consumption will likely to remain high. On the other hand, the production of desi ghee will likely to remain close because the plants will not run due to the increment in liquid milk, in these circumstances, the premium quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 8800/9000 per quintal and the prices will likely to remain stable at the same level.

देसी घी-माल की कमी से मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में फैट का स्टॉक नहीं है। देसी घी के मिलावटी माल धड़ले से जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन चालू महीने के अंतराल विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कावड़ यात्राओं में देसी घी की खपत अधिक रहेगी, घरेलू खपत भी अधिक रहती है। दूसरी ओर देसी घी का उत्पादन अभी बंद रहेगा, क्योंकि इस लिक्विड दूध में वृद्धि से प्लांट अभी नहीं चल पाएंगे, इन परिस्थितियों में 8800/9000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी ठहराव बना रहेगा।

Milk powder: should sell the stock constantly

New Delhi, 18 July (NNS): The kawad yatra has been ongoing in Sultanganj and Devghar along with Haridwar and Delhi, due to this, the consumption of liquid milk will likely to remain high. Apart from this, the consumption of milk powder reported to be high in Amarnath yatra along with kailash mansarowar yatra. However, the supply of liquid milk increased by 15 percent in North India due to the decrement in the temperature. The availability of liquid milk has been started increasing in milch cattle क्योंकि बिया आज का पीक सीजन है। Despite this, there is a shortage of milk powder because the plants will likely to run after a long time. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices of milk powder of North India as the stock of South India has been selling at the sluggish rates. Presently, the premium quality milk powder is being traded at Rs 300/310 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- माल बेचते भी रहिए

नई दिल्ली, 18 जुलाई (एनएनएस) सुल्तानगंज देवघर कावड़ यात्रा एवं दिल्ली हरिद्वार कावड़ यात्रा जोरों पर चल रही है, इसलिए लिक्विड दूध की खपत अभी भरपूर रहेगी। इसके अलावा अमरनाथ यात्रा, कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा में भी दूध पाउडर की खपत अधिक है। हालांकि मौसम के तापमान से उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में अब 15 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हो गई है। दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि दिन प्रति दिन बढ़ेगी, क्योंकि बिया आज का पीक सीजन है। इन सबके बावजूद भी दूध पाउडर अभी स्टॉक में कम रहेगा, क्योंकि प्लांट चलने में लंबा समय बाकी है। हम मानते हैं कि दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर सस्ते बिकने से उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर में अब तेजी की धारणा समाप्त होने लगी है, इन सब के बावजूद अभी चालू महीने में मंदा नहीं आएगा। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 300/310 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं।
