On the other hand, export deals of butter reported to be constant and it will likely to be shipp soon. However, the new deals of butter reported to be week as expectedly. Huge amount of stock has been sold out in the market during the last fortnight. The production seems week in the producing plants as compared to the previous year, whereas, the production cost increased as it’s prices went up to Rs 61/62 per litre, due to this reason, the manufacturing companies are selling less amount of stock. Presently, the companies are quoting the prices of Desi ghee at Rs 9600/9750 per tin, but the stock has been selling at an underweight in the markets because the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets of rural areas, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the roots during the near future.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 जुलाई (एनएनएस) देसी घी की खपत वर्तमान में शादियों हेतु छिटपुट हो रही है। दूसरी ओर कुछ बटर के निर्यात सौदे हुए हैं, उनका शिपमेंट होने वाला है। हालांकि नए सौदे अपेक्षाकृत बटर के कम हो रहे हैं। पिछले पखवाड़े के ठहराव में काफी माल कट चुके हैं। उत्पादन प्लांटों में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में कम हो रहा है, वहीं 61/62 रुपए दूध होने से लागत बढ़ गई है। इसलिए निर्माता कंपनियां बिकवाली में कम आ रही हैं। वर्तमान में कंपनियां 9600/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रही है, लेकिन बाजार में अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है, क्योंकि मिलावटी माल अभी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की मंडियों में ज्यादा बिक रहे हैं। इन सारी परिस्थितियों में देसी घी की जड़ में मंदा नहीं है।

Milk powder: shortage of both stock and trade

New Delhi, 02 July (NNS): there is a shortage of milk powder from the last one month but there is a lack of milk powder stock in all the plants. Here, there is a lack of arrival pressure of milk powder in all the cooperatives of the country. On the other hand, the milk powder of the southern parts of the country have been ruling at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase after the increment in the demand from north India. Here, the supply of RAW milk reported to be around 50 lakh litres in the plants because the production of milk has been started decreasing due to the implement in the temperature. The companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 61/62 per litre for the running of milk powder plants after the increment in the temperature. Therefore, this expected that it’s prices may improve by Rs 10/20 due to the increased demand. Presently, it is profitable to trade at Rs 315/328 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- स्टॉक व व्यापार दोनों कम

नई दिल्ली, 2 जुलाई (एनएनएस) फिलहाल एक माह से दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी की कमी बनी हुई है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक भी ज्यादा नहीं है। इधर देश के किसी भी कोआपरेटिव्स में दूध पाउडर का प्रेशर नहीं है। दूसरी ओर साउथ के दूध पाउडर महंगे चल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर की मांग निकलते ही बढ़ने की संभावना है। यहां के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 50 लाख लीटर के करीब रह गई है, क्योंकि गर्मी बढ़ जाने से दूध का उत्पादन इधर घटता जा रहा है। तापमान बढ़ने से कंपनियां पाउडर प्लांट चलाने के लिए 61/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर में खरीद कर रही है। अत: दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी निकलने पर 10/20 रुपये बढ़ने की संभावना है। वर्तमान के भाव में 315/328 रुपए में खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।
