New Delhi, 28 October (NNS): This year, there is a shortage of butter stock in the plants, but the availability of liquid milk seems high on seeing the downfall in the temperature and good amount of rainfall in the milk manufacturing areas, but the stock has not been available to the plants as per the capacity, due to which, the market showed uptrend. Now, the consumption of Diwali and Chatt pooja will likely to remain constant. It is also true that the amount of fats in liquid milk seems high as compared to the previous year. Presently, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level owing to the ongoing festival demand. The stock of liquid milk has already been distributed due to the running of the plants, due to which, the prices of desi ghee may not show more uptrend. The plants have been started running rapidly and the adulterated stock has also been started unloading rapidly in the markets.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 28 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि प्लांटों में इस बार बटर का स्टॉक कम जरूर है, दुग्ध उत्पादक क्षेत्रों में अच्छी बरसात होने तथा मौसम का तापमान नीचे आ जाने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ी है लेकिन अभी भी क्षमता के अनुरूप प्लांट को उपलब्ध नहीं है,जिससे बाजार तेज चल रहा है। अभी दिवाली एवं छठ पूजा के लिए खपत रहेगी। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार लिक्विड दूध में फैट्स की मात्रा गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा अधिक बैठ रही है। फिलहाल त्योहारी मांग से देसी घी के भाव टिके हुए हैं। इधर एक साथ प्लांट चल जाने से लिक्विड दूध बंट गया है। जिससे देसी घी में अब तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं है। प्लांट, पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में तेजी से चलने लगे हैं तथा मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से मंडियों में उतरने लगा है।

Milk powder: uptrend in the international markets

New Delhi, 28 October (NNS): The prices of milk powder increased by $20/25 per tonne in the European countries during the previous days, due to this reason, the export prices seems reasonable on seeing the weak prices of the Maharashtra’s stock. Here also, its prices gained by Rs 10 to Rs 295/305 per kg during the last 15 days. Apart from this, in spot, milk powder has been ruling at $2770/2875 per tonne in the global market. Now, it is being available at $2950/2960 per tonne in the November contract, but the prices of milk powder of North India has been ruling at the higher level. The prices of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu reported to be similar to that, due to this, the export prices seems high. In this situation, the prices may not show downfall on seeing the consumption of the stock.

दूध पाउडर-अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में ऊंचे

नई दिल्ली, 28 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यूरोपीय देशों में पिछले कुछ दिनों के अंतराल दूध पाउडर के भाव 20-25 डॉलर प्रति टन बढ़ गए हैं, जिस कारण अभी भी महाराष्ट्र के दूध पाउडर काफी नीचे होने से निर्यात में पड़ता लग रहा है। पिछले 15 दिन के अंतराल यहां भी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़कर 295/305 रुपए दूध पाउडर के भाव हो गए ग्लोबल मार्केट में दूध पाउडर 2770-2875 डॉलर प्रति टन  का हाजिर में चल रहा है तथा नवंबर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट में 2950-2960 डॉलर का सुनने में आरहा है, लेकिन उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर बहुत ही ऊंचे हैं, महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर लगभग वहां के बराबर हैं, इसलिए कहीं से कोई निर्यात को पड़ता नहीं है। इस स्थिति में उत्पादन जिस तरह खपत हो रही है, उसे देखकर निकट में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
