New Delhi, 09 August (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, but there is a shortage of fats in all the plants. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, but the consumption of desi ghee reported to be high for Pitru paksh and Navratri  in the various areas during the current month and it is expected that the consumption of Diwali may increase. However, the availability of liquid milk showed uptrend, but the plants will not likely to run due to this increment, in these circumstances, the premium quality stock of desi ghee also being quoted at Rs 9200/9600 per quintal and the prices will likely to remain strong during the near future.

देसी घी-स्टाक की कमी से मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 9 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में फैट का स्टॉक नहीं है। देसी घी के मिलावटी माल धड़ले से जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन चालू महीने के अंतराल विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में पितृपक्ष एवं नवरात्रि की देसी घी की खपत अधिक रही है, अगले महीने दिवाली की खपत बढ़ जाएगी।  हालांकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ी है, लेकिन इस वृद्धि से प्लांट अभी नहीं चल पाएंगे, इन परिस्थितियों में 9200/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी मजबूती बनी रहेगी।

Milk powder: will be the shortage for some days

New Delhi, 09 August (NNS): Although, the availability of liquid milk showed heavy uptrend in milch cattle because its production season has on its peak, despite this, the cow milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu improved by Rs 10/15 per kg as compared to before due to the higher demand in North India. The stock of milk powder showed gradual downfall. On the other hand, the plants will likely to run after a long time and the upcountry demand of Diwali and Dusshera has been started increasing. Therefore, the prices of milk powder may show uptrend. Presently, the prices of premium quality milk powder also being quoted at Rs 310/320 per kg and the market may show uptrend during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अभी कुछ दिन कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 9 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि पहले की अपेक्षा काफी बढ़ गई है, क्योंकि उनके ब्यांत का सीजन शुरू पीक पर है। इसके बावजूद भी महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उतरभारत में अच्छी मांग होने से पहले की अपेक्षा 10/15 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ गए है। दूध पाउडर का अभी स्टॉक धीरे-धीरे काफी कम गया है। उधर पाउडर प्लांट चलने में अभी काफी समय लगेगा तथा दशहरा दिवाली की चालानी मांग निकलने लगी है। अत: दूध पाउडर में और तेजी की धारणा बन गई है। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 310/320 रु प्रति किलो भाव बोलने लगे हैं तथा अभी बाजार और बढ़ सकता है।
