New Delhi, 01 September (NNS): The availability of liquid  milk has been started increasing day by day in milch cattle because their production also started, but the demand of cow milk powder reported to be high in North Indian from  Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu as compared to before.  Now, the stored stock of milk powder showed constant downfall. On the other hand, the plants will likely to run after a long time and the upcountry demand of diwali has been started increasing. Therefore, the prices of milk powder may show heavy uptrend. Presently, the premium quality milk powder also being quoted at Rs 310/320 per kg and the market may show uptrend in the prices during the near future.

दूध पाउडर- अभी कुछ दिन कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 1 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि दिन प्रति दिन बढ़ने लगी, क्योंकि उनके ब्यांत का सीजन शुरू हो गया है, लेकिन महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उतरभारत में अच्छी मांग होने से पहले की अपेक्षा भाव बढ़ गए है। दूध पाउडर अभी स्टॉक धीरे-धीरे काफी कम गया है। उधर पाउडर प्लांट चलने में अभी काफी समय लगेगा तथा दशहरा दिवाली की चालानी मांग निकलने लगी है। अत: दूध पाउडर में और तेजी की धारणा बन गई है। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 310/320 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव बोलने लगे हैं तथा अभी बाजार और बढ़ सकता है।

Desi ghee: no downfall due to the shortage of butter stock

New Delhi, 01 September (NNS):   The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly in UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, but there is a shortage of fats in all the plants. The stock of adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly, but the consumption of desi ghee reported to be high in Pitru paksh and Navratri during the current month and the consumption of diwali showed heavy uptrend. However, the availabiliy of liquid milk showed heavy uptrend, but the plants will not likely to run  in heavy uptrend, in these circumstances, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9000/9400 per quintal and it will likely to remain strong during the near future.

देसी घी-बटर की कमी से मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में फैट का स्टॉक नहीं है। देसी घी के मिलावटी माल धड़ले से जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन चालू महीने के अंतराल विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में पितृपक्ष एवं नवरात्रि की देसी घी की खपत अधिक रही है, अगले महीने दिवाली की खपत बढ़ जाएगी।  हालांकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ी है, लेकिन इस वृद्धि से प्लांट अभी नहीं चल पाएंगे, इन परिस्थितियों में 9000/9400 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के बिक रहे हैं, इसमें अभी मजबूती बनी रहेगी।
