New Delhi, 20 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be only 40 percent in the producing plants in all the areas including Meerut, Khurja, Siyana, Bulandshehr, Aligarh, Khurja, Charra, Kasganj, Pihova, Agra, Mewaat, Kurukshetra, Kundali and Rai, due to this reason, the prices remained stable at Rs 8900/9150 per quintal from the last one month. Apart from this, butter 80/82 percent fats also being quoted at Rs 475/485 per kg. This year, the export of butter reported to be high in the European and the Egyptian countries, whereas, the demand of desi ghee seems weak from the confectioners as compared to before. The stock of desi ghee is being available at the lower level which was manufactured from the adulterated stock of butter, due to this reason, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices, but the prices may gain by Rs 150 per quintal in July, despite this, it is profitable to trade at the current level.

नई दिल्ली, 20 जून (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ खुर्जा सियाना बुलंदशहर अलीगढ़ खुर्जा छर्रा कासगंज पिहोवा पलवल आगरा मेवात कुरुक्षेत्र कुंडली राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में सीजन की अपेक्षा 40 प्रतिशत रह गई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव पिछले एक महीने से 8900/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन पर स्थिर चल रहे हैं। बटर के भाव भी 80-82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 475/485 रुपए बोलने लगे हैं। इस बार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी बढ़ गया है। जबकि देसी घी में हलवाइयों की मांग पहले की अपेक्षा कम हो गई है, उन्हें नकली बटर द्वारा निर्मित देशी घी सस्ते भाव में मिलने लगा है। इस वजह से और बढ़ने के आसार निकट में दिखाई नहीं दे रहे हैं, लेकिन आगे जुलाई में बाजार 150 रुपए और बढ़ सकता है। इन सब के बावजूद भी मुनाफा मिले, तो नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए।

Milk powder: should purchase at the lower level

New Delhi, 20 June (NNS): Most of the plants of milk powder went under maintenance owing due to the weak availability of liquid milk in the plants of North India, due to this reason, the stock of liquid milk has not been available in the consumer pack, on seeing this, the companies have purchased the stock at Rs 56/57 per kg. Apart from this, the stock of VLC also ruling at Rs 59 per kg, despite this, the premium quality prices of milk powder eased by Rs 5 to Rs 310/320 per kg. The milk powder of South India has remained under pressure. It is expected that the prices may increase in July on seeing the shortage of the production and shrawan festival. The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 65/66 lakh litres in the plants of North India.

दूध पाउडर-इस मंदे में खरीदिए

नई दिल्ली, 20 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि प्लांटों में कम रह जाने से अधिकतर प्लांट मेंटिनेस में जा चुके हैं, जिस कारण उपभोक्ता पाइप में भी लिक्विड दूध नहीं मिलने से प्रोक्योरमेंट चालू सप्ताह 56/57 रुपए एवं वीएलसी 59 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने किया। इन सब के बावजूद भी ग्राहकी कमजोर होने से कल भी 5 रुपए प्रति किलो घटकर दूध पाउडर के भाव 310/320 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के रह गए। दक्षिण भारत के पाउडर भी दबे हुए हैं, आगे उत्पादन में कमी एवं श्रावणी त्यौहार को देखते हुए जुलाई में फिर तेजी लग रही है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 65-66 लाख लीटर उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में दैनिक रह गई है।
