New Delhi, 16 July (NNS): The buying of liquid milk reported to be constant in North India during the previous days, but the stock of liquid milk has been started decreasing constantly in North India because of the intermittent monsoon rainfall, but now, it started increasing and the availability of the stock may increase during the near future, in this situation, the supply of liquid milk will likely to be normal, but there is still long time left in the running of the powder plants and there is a lack of butter and desi ghee stock in the markets, due to this reason, the premium quality milk powder also being traded between Rs 7100/8200 per quintal in the GST pad and it is expected that the market may show more uptrend. The full fledged plants will likely to run after two and a half months.

देसी घी-स्टॉक की कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) कंपनियों में देसी घी का स्टॉक काफी कम बचने से भारी तेजी आ गई है, लेकिन अभी भी गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव नीचे चल रहे हैं। बटर का स्टाक किसी भी कंपनी में अधिक नहीं है। उधर फेडरेशन भी इस बार खाली चल रहे हैं। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव चल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 7800/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन जीएसटी पैड चल रहे हैं, इसमें ठहर कर फिर बढ़ने की उम्मीद है। हालांकि मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बिक रहा है, लेकिन उसका प्रभाव पड़ना मुश्किल लग रहा है।

Milk powder: should sell the stock

New Delhi, 16 July (NNS): The monsoon rainfall has been started increasing intermittently in North India and the prices of milk powder may increase on seeing its long availability owing to the decrement in the temperature, in these circumstances, the fulfillment of the demand will likely to be ease. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock of milk powder constantly. Presently, the premium quality milk powder also being sold at Rs 285/295 per kg and  the stock of whey powder and maltodextrin is being traded between Rs 230/250 per kg and the stock of inferior quality stock has been selling out constantly in the markets. Apart from this, the cow milk powder of Southern and the western parts of the country also being traded at the sluggish level, in these circumstances, the trade should not be done at the higher level during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- ज्यादा घटबढ़ नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 16 जुलाई (एनएनएस) नया सीजन आने में अभी समय बाकी है, उधर दूध पाउडर का स्टाक महाराष्ट्र प्लांटों में जमा हो गया है, किसी भी स्तर पर उत्तर भारत से महंगा नहीं है, जिस कारण बाजारों में पिछले महीने कंपनियां पुराने भाव पर व्यापार कर रही हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। दक्षिण भारत के माल भी उत्तर भारत की अपेक्षा महंगे काफी सस्ते बिक रहे हैं। गुजरात को आपरेटिव भी बिकवाली में आ गई है, जिस कारण बाजारों में सुस्ती बनी हुई है। अब इन भावों में माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
