New Delhi, 04 November (NNS): The production of butter has been started increasing constantly in the domestic plants. There is a lack of stock in the cooperatives, due to which, they are not selling the stock at the lower level. The companies of private sector have been quoting the prices at the higher level on seeing the festival consumption, due to which, the sale of old stock showed uptrend due to the diwali and chatt pooja. Whereas, some companies have sold their stock in advance and their delivery has also been over. Here, 72 percent of the plants have been started running. Now, there is a lack of arrival of the new stock, due to this, the stock of desi ghee has not been remaining for the storage.

देसी घी-छठ पूजा से पहले मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 4 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) घरेलू प्लांटों में बटर का उत्पादन धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगा है। कोआपरेटिव्स स्टाक ज्यादा नहीं है, जिससे घटाकर नहीं बेच रही है। त्योहारी खपत को देखते हुए प्राइवेट सेक्टर में कंपनियां बटर के भाव मजबूत बोलने लगी हैं, जिससे नये पुराने माल के बिक्री दिवाली छठ पूजा की बढ़ गयी है। कुछ कंपनियों के माल एडवांस में बिके हुए थे, उसकी डिलीवरी पूरी हो गई है। इधर प्लांट 72 प्रतिशत चलने लगे हैं। अभी नए माल का प्रेशर नहीं होने से देसी घी स्टॉक के लिए नहीं बच रहा है।

Milk powder: will likely to remain stable for some days

New Delhi, 04 November (NNS): The prices of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level of Rs 290/305 per kg due to the increased local and the upcountry demand. Here, the new production has also been started increasing in North India. On the other hand, the trade should not be done at the long uptrend as the inferior quality stock has been selling out rapidly in the plants. The Gujarat cooperatives have increased the prices of milk powder during the previous days on seeing the demand from the consuming industries. Presently, almost 66/67 percent of the milk of VLC has been selling out in the poly pack and the arrival pressure of the new stock showed uptrend, before this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 4 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर लोकल एवं दिसावरी दिवाली की मांग जाने से इसके भाव 290/305 रुपए प्रति किलो पर तेज चल रहे हैं। इधर उत्तर भारत में नया उत्पादन जोर पकड़ने लगा है। वहीं हल्के माल मंडियों में धड़ल्ले से मंदे भाव में बिकने से लम्बी तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए। पिछले दिनों गुजरात कोऑपरेटिव ने भी दूध पाउडर में खपत वाले उद्योगों की मांग को देखते हुए भाव बढ़ा दिए थे। इस समय जो भी दूध वीएलसी से आ रहे हैं, वह 66-67 प्रतिशत पोली पैक में जा रहे हैं तथा 33-34 प्रतिशत पाउडर प्लांटों में खपने लगे हैं तथा नये उत्पाद का दबाव बनने थोड़ा समय लगेगा, उससे पहले माल बेचकर निकल जाना चाहिए।
