New Delhi, 31 March (NNS): The demand of butter seems constant from the exporters, due to this reason, there is a lack of arrival pressure of desi ghee seems high in the plants in the previous week. Both the upcountry demand of Navratr and Shree Ram Navmi has been started increasing in desi ghee. Here, the companies are producing less amount of desi ghee as the butter prices seems high. Apart from this, the arrivals of liquid milk seems feeble. Here, the buying from the stockists showed improved trend due to the lack of stock, due to this reason,  the market may likely to remain high  and the trade will be profitable. This year, the production of liquid milk reported to be high, but the dairy consumption improved by 32% in Mahakumbh, due to this reason, the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg from the last 15/20 days. Now, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level.

देसी घी- बटर की कमी से तेजी की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 31 मार्च (एनएनएस) बटर में निर्यातकों की मांग बनी हुई है जिस कारण प्लांटों में देसी घी का प्रेशर पिछले सप्ताह भी नहीं रहा। देसी घी में शादियों की चालानी मांग नवरात्रि एवं श्री रामनवमी के निकलने लगी है। इधर देसी घी का उत्पादन कंपनिया, बटर महंगा होने से कम कर रही हैं, लिक्विड दूध भी कम आ रहा है। यहां माल के अभाव में स्टाकिस्टों की लिवाली सुधर गयी है, इस वजह से अभी बाजार कुछ दिन तेज ही रहेगा तथा आगे चलकर भी इसमें व्यापार लाभदायक रहेगा। इस बार लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन अधिक है, लेकिन महाकुंभ में डेयरी उत्पाद 32 प्रतिशत अधिक खपा है, जिस कारण अगले 15-20 दिनों में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की बढ़त आ सकती है, अब इन भाव में थोड़ा खरीद करनी चाहिये।

Milk powder: South stock also showed uptrend

New Delhi, 31 March (NNS): There were around 1.40/1.45 crore litres of milk reported to be supplied in the plants on daily basis during the few week. The prices of milk powder increased by Rs 5/10 per kg owing to the feeble supply. The weddings will likely to start from the next month and the Navratri consumption will remain high. The consumption of milk powder has been started increasing due to the increment in the prices of cow milk powder of South India and sluggish production, due to this reason, the prices of new stock of milk powder has been started increasing constantly. Here, premium quality, milk powder has been selling at Rs 290/300 per kg and some companies are quoting it at Rs 290/300 per kg. Apart from this, the stock of maltodextrin and whey powder improved by Rs 10 to Rs 200/210 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- साउथ के माल भी भी महंगे हुए

नई दिल्ली, 31 मार्च (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति करीब 1.40/1.45 करोड़ लीटर के करीब दैनिक हुई। आपूर्ति घटने से दूध पाउडर में 5/10 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी आ गई। अगले माह से शादियां शुरू हो जाएगी, नवरात्रि में खपत रहेगी। इधर उत्पादन घटने एवं दक्षिण भारत के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर तेज होने  से दूध पाउडर खपत में जाने लगा है, इस वजह से नये माह में भी दूध पाउडर में तेजी लग रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 290/300 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं तथा कुछ कंपनियां 305 रुपए भी बोलने लगी है। मॉल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 10 रुपए बढ़कर 200/210 रुपए बिक रहे हैं।
