New Delhi, 14 January (NNS):There were around 2.5 crore litres of liquid milk reported to supply on daily basis in the plants of North India, due to this, the production has been started increasing in the plants. Now, the production of desi ghee will likely to remain high. The supply of raw milk showed uptrend in the chilling plants. The production showed uptrend, despite this, the prices of its premium quality rose by Rs 15 per kg which means Rs 225 per tin to Rs 8800/8925 per quintal during hte last fortnight due tothe constant increment in the demand from the companies because a lot of stock has already been sold out in wholesale. The government should have to be strict over the adulterated stock of butter and desi ghee for the betterment of the consumers. This stock is being available at Rs 6200/6800 per quintal, whereas, the stock is being traded at Rs 7500/7800 per quintal.

नई दिल्ली, 14 जनवरी (एनएनएस) गेहूं की चौतरफा मंदे भाव में प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक मांग बढ़ गयी है, क्योंकि सरकार द्वारा पिछले महीने से ही ओपन मार्केट सेल स्कीम के अंतर्गत बिक्री बंद कर दिया गया, लेकिन उसके बाद चालू सप्ताह में बिक्री पुन: खोलने के बावजूद क्वांटिटी दिल्ली में कम कर दिए जाने से 2800 रु नीचे में बनने के बाद पुन: 2900 रुपए बन गया था। अब 2880 रु बोल रहे हैं। बाजारों में चर्चा है कि सरकार बड़ी कंपनियों के दबाव में इस तरह योजना बनाई है क्योंकि बड़ी कंपनियां माल को रोक ली हैं। कच्ची मंडियों में भी स्टॉक रुका हुआ है। इधर रोलर फ्लोर मिलों की मांग से यहां मिल क्वालिटी गेहूं के भाव 2880/2885 रुपए प्रति कुंतल के बीच नमी व डस्ट के हिसाब से मिलों तथा चक्कियों में उतर रहे हैं, लेकिन इन भावों में मुनाफा लेकर बेचना चाहिए।

Milk powder: no downfall in the roots

New Delhi, 14 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in UP, Haryana and Punjab, desptie this, both the local and upcountry demand has been increasing constantly, due to this, its prices improved by Rs 5 per kg during the last one week. The wholesale selling has been started increasing after yesterda. HOwever, the full fledged plants have been started running and around 2.50 crore litres of liuqid milk reported to be supply on daily basis , but the milk powder of SOuthern parts of the country have been ruling at the higher level, due to this, the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the markets of North India, on seeing these circumstances, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices, but the prices may increase after some time. The  companies of cow milk powder have been quoting at the higher level due to the strong demand from the exporters. Therefore, it is profitable to purchase the stock for the storage.

दूध पाउडर-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 14 जनवरी (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने के बावजूद लोकल एवं चालानी मांग निकलने से दूध पाउडर के भाव गत सप्ताह 5 रुपए बढ़ गए थे। शादियों की थोक बिक्री कल के बाद निकलने लगेगी। हालांकि प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं, लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2.50 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, लेकिन साउथ का दूध पाउडर ऊंचा होने से वहां के माल के पड़ते उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में नहीं लग रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए आगे दूध पाउडर में और बढ़ने की संभावना है, लेकिन थोड़ा ठहराव के बाद ही तेजी आएगी। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की मांग से मजबूत बोलने लगी है। अत: स्टाक हेतु खरीदना चाहिए।
