The supply of liquid milk reported to be around two crore litres on daily basis in north India during the current week, due to this reason, amount of liquid milk has been consuming in Desi ghee plants along with chilling plants. Apart from this, full fleshed plants have been started running at the current level. The prices of liquid milk reduced to Rs 55/58 per kg, due to this reason, desi ghee prices also gained by Rs 20 per kg in the current week. There, the premium quality Desi ghee also selling between Rs 9200/9450 per tin. The adult stock also being selling out rapidly in the markets, in the circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

देसी घी- ठहरकर और मंदा आएगा

नई दिल्ली, 20 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) चालू सप्ताह में उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक पर पहुंच गई है, जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी घटकर 55/58 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए हैं। इस वजह से चालू सप्ताह में 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की देसी घी में गिरावट आ चुकी है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9200/9450 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिकने लगे हैं। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी कुछ दिन ठहर कर और मंदे की गुंजाइश दिखाई दे रही है।

Milk powder: prices may decrease by Rs 10

New Delhi, 20 November (NNS): The upcountry demand of milk has already been over. Most of the sweets manufacturers are purchasing the stock as per their needs. On the other hand, the availability of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the downfall in the temperature and it is expected that the production of milk powder may increase in the plants after November. Presently, the prices of premium quality milk powder reduced by Rs 10 to Rs 285/295 per kilogram due to the weak demand and higher production from the companies. It is expected that the prices may ease by Rs 10 per kg by the end of this month.

दूध पाउडर-10 रुपए और टूटा

नई दिल्ली, 20 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में चालानी मांग समाप्त हो चुकी है। अधिकतर बड़े मिष्ठान निर्माता जरूर की खरीद कर रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मौसम का तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि और बढ़ गई है तथा संभावना यह है कि नवंबर के बाद प्लान्टों में  दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में और वृद्धि हो जाएगी। फिलहाल आज ग्राहकी कमजोर होने तथा उत्पादन बढ़ने से कंपनियों ने दूध पाउडर के भाव 10 रुपए और घटाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो कर दिया। आगे नवंबर के अंतिम सप्ताह में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और गिरावट लग रही है।
