New Delhi, 22 April (NNS): the companies of North India have increased the prices by Rs 10 per kg before 10 days on seeing the ceasefire in war. On the other hand, the wedding season has been started in North India and the demand of Desi ghee also started increasing constantly. The companies started storing the stock of butter but the sale of Desi ghee reported to be high because of the adulterated stock, due to this reason, the companies have increased the prices of Desi ghee by Rs 150 to Rs 9200/9450 per quintal, whereas, it is selling out at an under rate of Rs 50/75 per quintal in the markets. Now, the GC testing is compulsory on seeing the huge amount of adulterated stock in the markets. The adulterated stock has been selling out to the confectioners of thikana reach at Rs 6000/7500 per quintal. Therefore, it is expected that it’s prices may increased by Rs 150/200 per tin during the near future.

देसी घी-फिर बाजार तेज होगा

नई दिल्ली, 22 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों ने युद्ध में रहता को देखकर 10 रुपए प्रति किलो 10 दिन पहले बढ़ा दिए थे। उधर शादियां उत्तर भारत में शुरू हो गई हैं तथा मांग निकलने लगी है। मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक कर रही है, लेकिन मिलावटी माल के चलते देसी भी बिक्री बढ गई है। यही कारण है कि 150 रुपए टीन बढ़ाकर पिछले दिनों 9200/9450 रुपए देसी घी के भाव कंपनियां बोलने लगी हैं, जबकि बाजार में 50/75 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल की भरमार को देखकर जीसी टेस्टिंग जरूरी हो गया है। मिलावटी माल 6000/7500 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं। अत: अभी इसमें 150/200 रुपए प्रति टीन की जल्द ही और तेजी लग रही है।

Milk powder: no logic of downfall

New Delhi, 22 April (NNS): the supply of liquid milk reported to be weak during the current week. Now, the exporters of milk powder have been started taking enquiry because of the ceasefire between America Iran and Israel. In the international markets, the prices of milk powder have been ruling around $3490 per tonne which improved by 3.2% during the previous days. Here, the wedding season has been started, due to this reason, the companies are not selling the stock at the previous rates and the demand from the consuming industries showed improved Trend. Presently, the premium quality milk powder is being traded between Ra 295/308 per kg. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also ruling between Rs 180/210 per kg. In these circumstances, the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- घटने का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 22 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) चालू सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है, इसके साथ-साथ अमेरिका ईरान इजरायल युद्ध थमने के आसार से दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों पूछ परख आने लगी है, अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में दूध पाउडर के भाव 3490 डॉलर प्रति टन के आसपास हो गया है, जो पिछले कुछ दिनों में 3.2 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है। इधर शादियां शुरू हो गई है, जिस कारण कंपनियों ने पहले जो भाव घटा कर बेच रहे थे, अब बिकवाल कम आ रहे हैं तथा खपत वाले उद्योगों की भी मांग सुधर गई है। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पाउडर के भाव 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार कर दिए । वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 180/210 रुपए बिक रहे हैं। इन परिस्थितियों में 10 रुपए बढ़ने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है।
