New Delhi, 01 May (NNS): The plants are purchasing the stock of desi ghee at the higher level due to the weak supply of liquid milk in UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP. Here, the all-round wedding seems ongoing, due to this, the consumption of both butter and desi ghee showed uptrend. The butter stock has been exporting constantly because huge amount of stock has been selling out in the previous deals and the new deals have been done for the April and May shipments. Some shipments of April are still pending to the exporters and there is also a shortage of stock, due to this, the market jumped to Rs 9400/9600 per tin. The prices improved by Rs 10/15 per kg during the previous week and the stock is being available at the higher level to the manufacturing companies because the butter has been sold out in most of the companies, in these circumstances, the market may jump by Rs 100/150 per quintal in the current month after some time.

नई दिल्ली, 1 मई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से प्लांटों को महंगा खरीद करना पड़ रहा है। इधर शादियों की चौतरफा लिवाली चल रही है, जिससे देसी घी और बटर की खपत बढ़ गई है। बटर निर्यात में भी जा रहा है, क्योंकि पहले के हुए सौदे में अधिकतर माल जा चुके हैं, नए सौदे अप्रैल-मई शिपमेंट के हुए हैं, अप्रैल का भी अभी शिपमेंट कुछ निर्यातको के बाकी है, बताए जा रहे हैं, इसलिए माल की कमी में बाजार बढ़कर 9400/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। पिछले सप्ताह 10-15 रुपए किलो की तेजी आ गई थी, अब इन भावों में भी निर्माता कंपनियों को पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है, क्योंकि बटर अधिकतर कंपनियों के बिके हुए हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार अभी थोड़ा ठहराव के बाद 100/150 रुपए चालू माह में और बढ़ जाएगा।

Milk powder: no risk in the trade at the current level
New Delhi, 01 May (NNS): The production of liquid milk has been decreasing continuously in milch cattle due to the fluctuations in temperature in North India and now, this is the off-season. On the other hand, the all-round demand of milk powder seems constant for the weddings, due to this, the market remained stable at the same level after the increment during the previous days. This year, the milk powder of South India has been available at the higher level and the superior quality stock has been lying in North India, due to this, the exporters started purchasing the stock, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder also ruling between Rs 305/318 per kg and the prices may increase after sometime.
दूध पाउडर-वर्तमान भाव में जोखिम नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 1 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में बार-बार मौसम का तापमान बढ़ने घटने से दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन घटता जा रहा है, सीजन भी ऑफ हो चुका है। दूसरी ओर शादियों की चौतरफा दूध पाउडर की मांग बनी हुई है, जिससे बाजार पिछले दिनों बढ़ने के बाद टिके हुए हैं। इस बार साउथ का दूध पाउडर काफी महंगा बिक रहा है तथा निर्यातक बढ़िया क्वालिटी उत्तर भारत में होने के चलते लिवाली में आ गए हैं। यही कारण है कि 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव चल रहे हैं तथा थोड़ा ठहरकर और बढ़ने के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
