Here, the sale of desi ghee gets affected due to the adulterated stock, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee at Rs 9500/9700 per quintal, whereas, the stock is being available at an under rate of Rs 10150 per quintal amid lack of demand. The GC testing is compulsory on seeing the huge amount of adulterated stock. The adulterated stock also selling at Rs 6000/7200 per quintal in thikana reach.

देसी घी-अंदरुनी सुस्ती का आभास

नई दिल्ली, 9 जुलाई (एनएनएस) अमेरिका ईरान फिर से युद्ध शुरू होने से कंपनियां मंदा बेचने को इच्छुक दिखाई देने लगी है। इधर शादियां उत्तर भारत में समाप्ति की ओर हैं। हालांकि डेयरी उत्पादों का उत्पादन काफी कम रह गया है। कंपनियां मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक की बजाय बेचू आ गई हैं, इधर मिलावटी माल के चलते भी देसी घी की बिक्री प्रभावित जरूर हुई है। यही कारण है कि 9500/9700 रुपए देसी घी पूर्व भाव पर कंपनियां बोल रही हैं, जबकि ग्राहकी की कमी से बाजार में 100150 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल की भरमार को देखकर जीसी टेस्टिंग जरूरी हो गया है। मिलावटी माल 6000/7200 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं।

Milk powder: sluggish export and domestic demand

New Delhi, 09 July (NNS): the supply of milk powder slipped to 50/55 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants of kurukshetra, pihova, palwal, hodal, harfala and Agra along with siyana, Meerut, mohiuddin, Kasganj, Aligarh and khurja of North India, but both the domestic and export demand of milk powder reported to be sluggish, due to this reason, Due to this, the companies are reducing the prices by Rs 5 per kg during the previous days, whereas, the leader companies are selling their stock at the lower level. The trade seems weak in the markets, on seeing this, the prices seems high as expectedly. The companies of UP are also selling their stock at the lower level, in these circumstances, the companies of milk powder have been ruling at Rs 310/328 per kg, whereas, the stockists are quoting down the prices by Rs 10 per kg, due to this, the supply showed improved trend to the consumers. The exporters are not purchasing the stock of milk powder due to the war between America and Iran.

दूध पाउडर- निर्यात एवं घरेलू मांग सुस्त

नई दिल्ली, 9 जुलाई (एनएनएस) हालांकि उत्तर भारत के स्याना मेरठ मोहिउद्दीनपुर कासगंज अलीगढ़ खुर्जा के साथ-साथ कुरुक्षेत्र पिहोवा पलवल होडल हरफला आगरा आदि क्षेत्रों के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 50-55 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, लेकिन घरेलू एवं निर्यात दोनों ही मांग दूध पाउडर में सुस्त पड़ गया है, जिससे कुछ कंपनियां पिछले दिनों 5 रुपए प्रति किलो घटाकर बेचने लगी, जबकि लीडर कंपनियां अभी पुराने भाव पर ही माल बेच रही हैं। बाजारों में व्यापार की कमी को देखकर अब जो अपेक्षित तेजी दिमाग में बन गई थी, वह निकलने लगी है। जनरल तौर पर दो यूपी की कंपनियां भी अंदरूनी नरम करके माल बेच रही है, जबकि डिक्लेअर भाव घटाकर नहीं बोल रही है, इन परिस्थितियों में 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो का दूध पाउडर कंपनियों का कम दिख रहा है, जबकि रीसेल में 10 रुपए नीचे भाव पर स्टॉकिस्ट माल बेचने लगे हैं, जिससे उपभोक्ताओं को लिक्विड दूध आपूर्ति सुधरने लगी है। अमेरिका ईरान युद्ध से दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों खरीद कम हो गई है।
