New Delhi, 10 October (NNS):The stock of liquid milk has been started increasing in North India during the last some days because the production of liquid milk has also been started increasing constantly due to the favorable season in North India. The production of milch cattle seems at the peak situation and the availability of the stock reported to be high, in this situation, the supply of liquid milk seems high. Now, there is a lack of liquid stock owing to the running of all the plants, due to which, the full fledged plants will likely to run after 20/22 days. The stock of new butter has been started producing, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi also ruling at Rs 7900/8400 per quintal including GST and it is expected that the prices may decrease on seeing the demand of Chatt pooja.

देसी घी- त्योहारी खपत रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 10 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की वृद्धि हो गई है, क्योंकि उत्तर भारत में सीजन अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध निरंतर उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, दुधारू पशुओं में व्यांत पीक स्थिति में है तथा आने वाले समय में उपलब्धि और बढ़ने वाली है, इस स्थिति में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुगम हो जाएगी। अभी एक साथ प्लांट चलने से लिक्विड की शॉर्टेज बन गई है, जिससे फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी 20-22 दिन का समय और लगेगा, नया बटर अब बनने लगा है, इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 7900/8400 रुपए के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें छठ पूजा की मांग को देखकर अभी मंदा नहीं है।

Milk powder: will likely to remain firm

New Delhi, 10 October (NNS): The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly, but there is a shortage of liquid milk as almost 80 percent of the plants have been started increasing, due to this reason, its prices increased by Re 1 per litre recently. Now, there is a lack of arrival pressure of milk powder and the stock of milk powder has not been available at the lower level from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, in these circumstances, the market may likely to r3emain stable at the same level. The liquid milk packing manufacturers are not taking the profit at the current level. The full fledged plants will likely to run after some time.

दूध पाउडर- अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव कायम

नई दिल्ली, 10 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगी है, लेकिन एक साथ उत्तर भारत के 80 प्रतिशत प्लांट चल जाने से लिक्विड दूध शॉर्टेज में आ गया है, जिस वजह से हाल ही में एक रुपए प्रति लीटर की तेजी आ गई है। अभी दूध पाउडर का प्रेशर ज्यादा नहीं है तथा महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर भी और घटाकर उत्तर भारत में नहीं मिल रहे हैं इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार कुछ दिन यहां ठहराव लिए टिका रहेगा। इसका लाभ लिक्विड दूध पैकिंग करने वालों को ज्यादा मिल रहा है। फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने में अभी विलंब होगा।
