Here, the prices of liquid milk seem high, despite all this, most of the plants are processing the stock as per the consumption, due to which, there is a shortage of liquid milk. Now, most of the plants are not running as per the capacity and the consumption will likely to remain high, on seeing this, there is a lack of butter and desi gee stock. However, the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, in these circumstances, the trade should not be done at the higher level and it is expected that the trade of desi ghee will likely to remain high. Here, premium quality stock also ruling at Rs 7700/8100 per quintal including GST.

देसी घी-अभी खपत अधिक रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कंपनियों में देसी घी का स्टॉक काफी कमी एवं दिवाली छठ पूजा की चालानी मांग निकलने से बढ़िया देसी घी बाजार में बढ़ाकर बोलने लगे हैं। इधर लिक्विड दूध में वृद्धि होने के बावजूद अधिकतर प्लांट अपनी क्षमता बढ़ाकर प्रोसेसिंग करने लगे हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की शॉर्टेज बन गई है। अभी चालू माह में अधिकतर प्लांटों में अपनी क्षमता के अनुरूप नहीं चल पाएंगे तथा खपत भरपूर रहेगी, इसे देखते हुए बटर एवं देसी घी की शॉर्टेज में बाजार और बढ़ सकते हैं। हालांकि अभी भी मिलावटी देसी घी बाजारों में धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में ज्यादा तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए तथा दूरगामी परिणाम देसी घी के व्यापार में बढ़िया रहेगा। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 7700/8100 रुपए प्रति टीन जीएसटी पेड चल रहे हैं।

Milk powder: possibility to decrease during the next month

New Delhi, 08 October (NNS): The full-fledged season of liquid milk will likely to arrive after October, whereas, there is a shortage of milk powder in the plants of Maharashtra. There, the stock has not been available at the sluggish level, due to this reason, the companies have traded at the lower level during the previous month, but now, it is being quoted at the strong level. Here, the premium quality milk powder also remained stable at Rs 285/295 per kg. The cooperatives are also selling the stock at the lower level, due to this reason, the market showed strong trend. The prices may show downtrend during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अगले माह घटने के आसार

नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध का फुल फ्लैश सीजन आने में अभी अक्टूबर का महीना निकल जाएगा, उधर दूध पाउडर का स्टाक महाराष्ट्र के प्लांटों में अभी ज्यादा नहीं है। उत्तर भारत से वहां ज्यादा सस्ता नहीं पड़ रहा है, जिस कारण बाजारों में पिछले महीने कंपनियां कुछ नरमी लिए व्यापार कर रही थी, वह अब वर्तमान में मजबूत करके बोलने लगी है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। कोआपरेटिव्स भी घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं हैं, जिस कारण बाजारों में मजबूती बनी हुई है। अगले महीने से मंदे के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
