New Delhi, 07 February (NNS): The stock of liquid milk showed uptrend in North India during the previous days. On the other hand, the upcountry demand of both desi ghee and butter has been started increasing due to the ongoing weddings, due to this reason, desi ghee prices remained stable at the same level. The availability of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the favourable weather conditions, in this situation, the companies are selling the stock of desi ghee after the decrement of Rs 100/150 per tin and the market may decrease by Rs 150/200 per tin. In these circumstances, the production of liquid milk has been started increasing because of the favourable weather conditions in North India. Now, the profit seems weak from the last 15 days due to the sluggish sale of flavoured milk, milk, yogurt, etc. from the manufacturing companies.

देसी घी- बटर का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा

नई दिल्ली, 7 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की वृद्धि हुई है। वहीं साये चलने से  देसी घी एवं मक्खन की चालानी मांग बढ़ गई थी जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव काफी ऊंचे हो गए थे। गुलाबी मौसम हो जाने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में साथ प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है जिस कारण अब कंपनियां देशी घी के भाव 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन घटाकर बिकवाल आने लगी हैं तथा आगे बाजार में 150/200 रुपए प्रति टीन सस्ता बिकने लगा है, इन परिस्थितियों में अपना माल बेचते रहना चाहिए, आगे 200 रुपए का मंदा दिखाई दे रहा है। उत्तर भारत में सीजन अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, अभी फ्लेवर मिल्क दही छाछ सहित अन्य उत्पादों में निर्माता कंपनियों को बिक्री के भाव अभाव में 15 दिनों से ज्यादा बचत कम है।

Milk powder: inflation due to the increment in the consumption

New Delhi, 07 February (NNS): Presently, around 20 crore tonnes of liquid milk has been started arriving constantly at the current rates. On the other hand, the demand of milk powder for Mahakumbh seems reported to be continuous from the last one month, due to which, the prices of premium quality milk powder gained by Rs 20 to Rs 295/305 per kg during the last 10 days. Here, the dry fruits manufacturers are doing competitive buying, due to which, the prices of milk powder may not show downfall. However, the supply of liquid milk showed uptrend at the current level, due to  this reason, the production of milk powder may show more uptrend, in this situation, the prices will not increase. In contrary to this, its consumption reported to be high in Mahakumbh. Therefore, the prices may not show more downfall. The milk powder of higher level has been arriving in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.

दूध पाउडर- खपत बढ़ने से महंगा

नई दिल्ली, 7 फरवरी (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन अनुमान 20 करोड़ टन का आने लगा है। वहीं महाकुंभ के लिए लगातार दूध पाउडर की मांग एक महीने से बनी हुई है, जिसके चलते उक्त अवधि में 20 रुपए बढ़कर 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी मिल्क पाउडर के भाव होकर पिछले 10 दिनों से ठहराव बना हुआ है। इधर मावा निर्माताओं की प्रतिस्पर्धामक खरीद चल रही है, जिससे दूध पाउडर अभी कुछ दिन नहीं घटेगी। हालांकि वर्तमान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति और बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण आगे दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन और बढ़गा, इस स्थिति में तेजी तो नहीं है, लेकिन शादियां भी जोरों पर चल रही हैं। उधर महाकुंभ में भी खपत बढ़ी है। अत: मंदा भी नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में उत्तर भारत में आ रहे हैं।
