New Delhi, 10 September (NNS):The new stock of desi ghee has been started producing. Apart from this, the arrival pressure of adulterated stock of desi ghee seems constant at the lower level, due to this reason, the Gujarat cooperatives has reduced the prices by Rs 20 to Rs 471 per kg excluding GST. The plants will likely to run after 10 days, The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out constantly in the markets and the availability of liquid milk has also been started increasing, due to this, poly pack stock has been fulfilling the demand of the consumers. In this situation, desi ghee prices have decreased to Rs 7600/8100 per tin.

देसी घी- नया के साथ-साथ मिलावटी का दबाव

नई दिल्ली, 10 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) नया देसी घी का उत्पादन होने लगा है, इसके अलावा मिलावटी माल का प्रेशर मंडियों में सस्ते भाव पर बना हुआ है। यही कारण है की बिक्री के अभाव में गुजरात को ऑपरेटिव ने 20 रुपए प्रति किलो देसी घी के भाव घटाकर 471 रुपए प्लस जीएसटी कर दिया गया है, ऐसी चर्चा है। हम मानते हैं कि प्लांट क्षमता के अनुरूप चलने में 10 दिन का और समय लगेगा। मिलावटी माल धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि तेजी से बढ़ने लगी है, जिससे उपभोक्ताओं की खपत के लिए पॉलीपैक की भी पूर्ति प्रचुर मात्रा में होने लगी है। इस स्थिति में 7600/8100 रु प्रति टीन के देसी घी में मंदा लग रहा है।

Milk powder: profitable to sell the stock

Apart from this, the milk powder of Maharashtra has been selling out constantly in the markets, due to this, appropriate amount of old milk powder also been available. In contrary to this, there, the milk powder of south India is being sold at the sluggish level. The prices of milk powder of Maharashtra have been ruling at the lower level, due to this, it has been exported continuously, in these circumstances, huge amount of milk powder has been lying to the plants and to the stockists of North India, due to which, the prices of milk powder remained sluggish at Rs 285/295 per kg. Here, the supply of the stock reported to be feeble, due to which the prices showed downfall. The availability of liquid milk will likely to be normal day by day, on seeing this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर- स्टॉक बेचने में लाभ

नई दिल्ली, 10 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में नया उत्पादन होने लगा है। इसके अलावा महाराष्ट्र के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर बिकने से पुराना दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक पर्याप्त मात्रा में है। वहीं दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर भी वहां सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, महाराष्ट्र का दूध पाउडर सस्ता होने के चलते निर्यात में जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में उत्तर भारत का दूध पाउडर प्लांटों व स्टॉकिस्टों के पास जमा हो गया है, जिससे भी दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रु प्रति किलो पर सुस्त बोल रहे हैं, इधर बिक्री पूरी तरह ठप पड़ गई है, जिससे अब मंदा लग रहा है। आगे दिन प्रति दिन लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ेगी, इसे देखते हुए अपना माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
