New Delhi, 08 September (NNS): The stock of liquid milk has not been available as compared to Rs 63 per litre for the production of best quality desi ghee in the plants of North India, due to this reason, the prices of dsi ghee gained by Rs 10 per kg. Now, the companies are quoting the prices of premium quality milk powder at Rs 9900 per quintal, which now reduced to Rs 9700 per quintal. There is a shortage of fats in the companies and also a lack of arrival pressure of liquid milk. On the other hand, the containers which were stucked during the previous week, now, they are selling out constantly, due to this, the new deals are ongoing, due to this, the exporters are purchasing the stock. Therefore, the trade will be profitable at the current level during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी फैट की चौतरफा कमी

नई दिल्ली, 8 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में प्लांटों को बढ़िया देसी भी बनाने के लिए 63 रुपए प्रति लीटर से कम में लिक्विड दूध नहीं मिल पा रहा है, जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव एक सप्ताह के अंतराल 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ गए हैं। अब बड़े दिनों में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी 9900 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल कंपनियां बोलने लगी है, प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के नीचे वाले माल 9700 रुपए तक भी कुछ कंपनियों के बिक रहे हैं। कंपनियों में फैट की भारी कमी बनी हुई है तथा लिक्विड दूध का प्रेशर नहीं बन पा रहा है। दूसरी ओर भारतीय बंदरगाहों पर पिछले सप्ताह के रूके बटर  के कंटेनर फिर से निकलने लगे हैं, जिससे नये सौदे भी होने लगे हैं, इसलिए निर्यातक बटर की खरीद करने लगे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में व्यापार में और लाभदायक लग रहा है।

Milk powder: prices may increase after some time

New Delhi, 08 September (NNS): Both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder showed improved trend because the festival demand seems good in North India. The temperature reported to be around 26/27 degree Celsius in the current week. The export demand of milk powder has been started increasing from the last two days, but there is no effect of tightness in the markets. Here, the availability of liquid milk have not increased by 40/42 lakh litres on daily basis, due to this reason, the prices may not show more downfall. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu as compared to the same period of the previous year. Therefore, the companies are selling the spot stock at the higher level. Now, the premium quality milk powder is being traded at Rs 320/333 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-ठहर कर फिर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 8 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की लोकल एवं चालानी मांग सुधर गई है, क्योंकि उत्तर भारत में त्योहारी मांग अच्छी चल रही है। चालू सप्ताह से मौसम का तापमान 26-27 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड के आसपास रह गया। दूध पाउडर निर्यात मांग 2 दिनों से निकलने लगी है, लेकिन बाजारों में रुपए की भी टाइटनेस का प्रभाव पड़ा है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि 40-42 लाख लीटर दैनिक से अभी बढ़ नहीं रही है, जिस कारण मानसिकता मंदे की नहीं है। तमिलनाडु महाराष्ट्र में गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में काफी ऊंचे हैं। अत: कंपनियां बढ़ाकर हाजिर माल बेच रही हैं। अब प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 320/333 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गया है।
