New Delhi, 05 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be high due to the constant rainfall and downfall in temperature in North India, but now, the production seems feeble in the plants. The supply of raw milk improved to 70/71 lakh litre on daily basis in the chilling plants, but there, the production reported to be around 400 metric tonnes because the plants are not running as expectedly and the stock of liquid milk has been consuming constantly.  The stock of companies are selling at the lower level of Rs 100/150 per tin due to the continuous selling of the adulterated stock because the government should stop the adulterated stock of butter and desi ghee. This stock also ruling at Rs 5500/6500 per tin, whereas, the stock of famous brands also being traded at Rs 6800/7500 per quintal. The best quality desi ghee also being available at Rs 9100/9600 per tin.

देसी घी-चौतरफा फैट की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 5 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि उत्तर भारत में तापमान गिरने एवं बरसात होने से लिक्विड आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है लेकिन अभी प्लांट में उत्पादन नहीं होगा।  चिलिंग प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सुधर कर 70-71 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, लेकिन देसी घी का उत्पादन वहीं 400 मैट्रिक टन रह गया, क्योंकि प्लांट अतिरिक्त नहीं चल रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध खपत में जा रहा है। मिलावटी माल बिकने से कंपनियों के माल 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि नकली बटर एवं मिलावटी घी पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 5500/6500 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 6800/7500 रुपए में बिक रहा है। बढ़िया देसी घी के भाव 9100/9600 रुपए प्रति टीम के बीच चल रहे हैं।

Milk powder: Avoid patience at the current level

New Delhi, 05 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk powder showed uptrend in the Northern parts of the country, despite this, the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets and the prices of milk powder improved by Rs 10 per kg before 10 days on seeing the Dusshera. The market of milk powder showed strong trend owing to the higher consumption in Ashwin month and the full fledged plants will likely to arrive after a long time. Here, the consumption may increase from pitru paksh, on seeing these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The companies are not interested in selling the stock at the lower level due to the improvement in demand from the exporters. Therefore, it is profitable to sell the stock patiently during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-वर्तमान में धैर्य से बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 5 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने के बावजूद अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव होने तथा दशहरा की खपत को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर के भाव 10 दिन पहले 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ गए थे। चालू माह में आश्विन माह की खपत बढ़ने से बाजार मजबूत बना हुआ है तथा प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी समय बाकी है, इधर  पितृपक्ष से ही खपत बढ़ जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की भी मांग सुधर जाने से घटाकर माल बेचने में इंटरेस्टेड नहीं हैं। अत: अब माल धैर्य से बेचना चाहिए।
