New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): The prices of cumin remained stable at Rs 26500 per quintal due to the feeble buying from the stockists even after the sluggish prices. Before this, the prices have gone down by Rs 1500 per quintal. There were around 5000/6000 bags of cumin reported to arrive and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day in Kochi. There was holiday in contract market, but the active contract slipped by Rs 70 or 0.28 percent to Rs 25200 per quintal because of the weak speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the coming one or two days.
जीरा : मजबूत बना रहने की आस
नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस)। आगामी पांच-सात दिनों में जीरा मजबूत ही बना रह सकता है। घटी कीमत पर भी स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली सुस्त ही बनी होने से बीते सप्ताह यहां जीरा सामान्य 26,500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर स्थिर बना रहा। इससे पूर्व 1500 रुपए लुढ़का था। ऊंझा में जीरे की करीब 5-6 हजार बोरियों की आवक होने तथा कीमत एक दिन पूर्व के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की सूचना मिली। वायदा में साप्ताहिक अवकाश रहा परन्तु एक दिन पूर्व सटोरियों की लिवाली कमजोर पड़ने से सक्रिय वायदा 70 रुपए या 0.28 प्रतिशत घटकर 25,200 रुपए पर आ जाने की खबर मिली थी। आने वाले सप्ताह में हाजिर में जीरा मजबूत ही बना रहने की उम्मीद है।
Red chilli: not likely to improve
New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): Here, the prices of red chilli 334 no. held firm at Rs 19500 per quintal owing to the weak buying from the stockists even after the higher prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 500/1000 per quintal. There were around 50000 bags of red chilli reported to arrive in Guntur and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The market sentiments may affect on seeing its inferior quality. The spot red chilli prices will not likely to improve during the coming days.
लालमिर्च : सुधार के आसार नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस)। आगामी पांच-सात दिनों में लालमिर्च में सुधार के आसार नहीं है। घटी कीमत पर भी स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली सुस्त ही बनी होने से बीते सप्ताह यहां 334 नंबर लालमिर्च 19,500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर ही टिकी रही। हाल ही में इसमें 500-1000 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। गुंटूर में साप्ताहिक अवकाश रहा लेकिन इससे पूर्व वहां इसकी करीब 50 हजार बोरियों की आवक होने तथा कीमत एक दिन पूर्व के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की सूचना मिली थी। क्वालिटी हल्की आने से बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो रही है। आने वाले सप्ताह में हाजिर में लालमिर्च सुधरने के आसार नजर नहीं आ रहे हैं।
Turmeric: no possibility to increase
New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): Here, the prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis descended by Rs 400 to Rs 15100 per quintal due to the weak buying even after the feeble prices. During the previous day, the prices have gone down by Rs 300 per quintal. There was weekly off in Erode, but before this, there were around 4000 bags of turmeric reported to arrive in Erode and the prices remained stable at the same level of the previous day. The contract market also remained close, but the active contract prices dropped down by Rs 640 or 4.22 percent to Rs 14540 per quintal because of the all-round speculative buying. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the spot turmeric prices during the near future.
हल्दी : बढ़ने की उम्मीद नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस)। आने वाले छ:-सात दिनों में हल्दी बढ़ने की उम्मीद है। घटी कीमत पर भी लिवाली कमजोर ही बनी होने से गत सप्ताह यहां हल्दी ईरोड ग_ïा एज ईट इज 400 रुपए और मंदी होकर 15,100 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के स्तर पर आ गई। इससे पूर्व इसमें 300 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। ईरोड में साप्ताहिक अवकाश रहा लेकिन इससे पूर्व वहां इसकी करीब 4 हजार बोरियों की आवक होने तथा कीमत बीते दिन के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की जानकारी मिली थी। वायदा में साप्ताहिक अवकाश रहा परन्तु एक दिन पूर्व सटोरियों की भारी बिकवाली से सक्रिय वायदा 640 रुपए या 4.22 प्रतिशत लुढ़ककर 14,540 रुपए पर आ गया था। आगामी हफ्ते में हाजिर में हल्दी बढ़ने की उम्मीद नजर नहीं आ रही है।

Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 50 per kg. The market sentiments may affect owing to the new crop. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices spot poppy seeds prices during the coming days.
पोस्तदाना : तेजी की आशा नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस)। आगामी पांच-सात दिनों में पोस्तदाने में तेजी की उम्मीद नहीं दिख रही है। घटी कीमत पर भी स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली सुस्त ही बनी होने से बीते सप्ताह यहां पोस्तदाना तुर्की/चीन 1200 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम के पूर्वबंद स्तर पर ही जमा रहा। हाल ही में इसमें 50 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। नई फसल की वजह से बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो रही है। आने वाले सप्ताह में हाजिर में पोस्तदाने में तेजी की आशा नहीं दिख रही है।
Coriander: no possibility to increase
New Delhi, 28 August (NNS): The prices of coriander badami held stable at Rs 8200 per quintal owing to the sluggish buying from the stockists even after the feeble buying. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 200 per quintal. There were around 4000 bags of coriander reported to arrive in Ramganj mandi and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. There was weekly off in the contract market, but before this, the active contract prices eased by Rs 12 or 0.18 percent because of the nominal speculative buying. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the spot coriander prices during the coming days.
धनिया : तेजी की संभावना नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस)। आगामी पांच-सात दिनों में धनिया बढ़ने के आसार नजर नहीं आ रहे हैं। घटी कीमत पर भी स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली सुस्त ही बनी होने से बीते सप्ताह यहां धनिया बादामी 8200 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वबंद स्तर पर ही अपरिवर्तित बना रहा। हाल ही में इसमें 200 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। रामगंज मंड़ी में धनिए की करीब 4 हजार बोरियों की आवक होने तथा कीमत एक दिन पूर्व के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की सूचना मिली। वायदा में साप्ताहिक अवकाश रहा लेकिन इससे पूर्व नाममात्र की लिवाली से सक्रिय वायदा 12 रुपए या 0.18 प्रतिशत नरम होने की जानकारी मिली थी। आने वाले सप्ताह में हाजिर में धनिया में तेजी की संभावना नहीं दिख रही है।

Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 5/10 per kg. There was weekly off in Kochi, due to this, the trading activities reported to be close, but before this, its arrivals and the prices remained stable at the same level of the previous day. The market sentiments may affect owing to the inferior quality of the imported stock. There is no possibility of more downtrend in the spot black pepper prices during the near future.
कालीमिर्च : बढ़ने की आस नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस)। आने वाले छ:-सात दिनों में कालीमिर्च दबाव में ही बनी रह सकती है। घटी कीमत पर भी लिवाली कमजोर पड़ने से गत सप्ताह यहां कालीमिर्च मरकरा 30 रुपए मंदी होकर 685 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम के स्तर पर आ गई। हाल ही में इसमें 5-10 रुपए की नरमी आई थी। साप्ताहिक अवकाश के कारण कोच्चि में कामकाज बंद रहा लेकिन इससे पूर्व वहां इसकी आवक तथा कीमत बीते दिन के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की रिपोर्ट मिली थी। श्रीलंका से हल्की क्वालिटी के माल आने से बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो रही है। आगामी हफ्ते में हाजिर में कालीमिर्च बढ़ने के आसार नहीं हैं।

Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 20/30 per kg. Its average auction price gained to Rs 1138/1738 per kg in the last auction which held on 22 August, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot big cardamom prices will likely to remain strong during the coming days.
बड़ी इलायची : मंदी नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त (एनएनएस)। आने वाले छ:-सात दिनों में बड़ी इलायची में मंदी की आशंका नहीं है। घटी कीमत पर भी स्टॉकिस्टों की मजबूत लिवाली निकलने से गत सप्ताह यहां बड़ी इलायची कैंचीकट 140 रुपए उछलकर 1520 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम के स्तर पर जा पहुंची। हाल ही में इसमें 20-30 रु की मंदी आई थी। 22 अगस्त को हुई अभी तक की अंतिम नीलामी में इसकी औसत नीलामी कीमत तेज होकर 1138/1738 रुपए हो जाने की सूचना मिली थी। इससे बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो सकती है। आगामी हफ्ते में हाजिर में बड़ी इलायची मजबूत ही बनी रह सकती है।
