New Delhi, 08 October (NNS): today, the prices of cloves showed strong trend after the sluggishness in the prices of cloves. The import of the stock reported to be high from the international markets and the demand seems sluggish in the local markets, due to this reason, its prices showed soft trend. Today, its prices improved by Rs 10 to Rs 930/1010 per kg. Huge amount of cloves have been started arriving from the famous producing countries like Madagascar and Indonesia. The imported stock has been started reaching at the various ports, due to this reason, there is a shortage of stock in the domestic markets. The offtake of cloves reported to be weak in the wholesale markets as compared to the normal demand. On seeing the sluggish demand, the traders are not storing the stock at the current higher level.
लौंग : लंबी तेजी नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) मंडियो में लौंग की कीमतों में इन दिनों सुस्ती के बाद आज मजबूती देखने को मिल रही है। विदेशी बाजारों से लगातार हो रहे भारी आयात और स्थानीय स्तर पर कमजोर मांग के कारण लौंग के तेवर ठंडे पढ़ गये हैं। आज इसके भाव 10 रुपए बढ़कर 930/1010 रुपए प्रति किलो हो हुए हैं। मेडागास्कर और इंडोनेशिया जैसे प्रमुख उत्पादक देशों से भारी मात्रा में लौंग का आयात किया जा रहा है। अलग-अलग बंदरगाहों पर लगातार पहुंच रहे विदेशी माल के कारण घरेलू मंडियों में स्टॉक की कोई कमी नहीं है। थोक बाजारों में लौंग की सामान्य ग्राहकी के मुकाबले उठाव काफी धीमा है। सुस्त मांग को देखते हुए व्यापारी भी इस ऊंचे भाव पर नया स्टॉक जमा करने से परहेज कर रहे हैं।
Red chilli: will remain strong
New Delhi, 08 October (NNS): after the recent increment in the prices of red chilli, currently it’s buying seems weak, in this situation, the prices of red chilli 434 no. gained by Rs 500 per quintal. Here, its prices remained firm at Rs 26000/28000 per quintal. The outstanding stock of previous season reported to be weak in the market of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The demand seems weak from the spices, companies and the stockists as the old stock has already been over in the cold storages and weak production as compared to the previous year. The prices of red Chilli have remained under pressure due to the sluggish buying from the spices traders and normal purchasers in both the wholesale and local markets.
लालमिर्च : मजबूत बनी रहेगी
नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हाल ही में लालमिर्च कीमतों में आई तेजी के बाद फिलहाल लिवाली थोड़ी कमजोर पड़ी है, हाल ही में लालमिर्च 334 नंबर की कीमतों में 500 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। यहां पर इसके भाव 26000/28000 प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुए हैं। आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना की मंडियों में पिछले सीजन का बचा हुआ स्टॉक ऐतिहासिक रूप से कम बताया जा रहा है। पिछले साल की तुलना में कम फसल और कोल्ड स्टोरेज में पुराना स्टॉक समाप्त होने तथा सीमित होने से मसाला कंपनियों और स्टॉकिस्टों की तरफ से थोड़ा मांग बनी हुई है। स्थानीय मंडियों और थोक बाजारों में आम खरीदारों और मसाला कारोबारियों की सुस्त लिवाली के कारण कीमतों पर दबाव देखा जा रहा है।
Small cardamom: profitable at the current rates
New Delhi, 08 October (NNS): the prices of small cardamom showed constant increment from the past some days. Recently, its prices gained by Rs 50 per quintal, as a result, here, the prices of small cardamom 7.5 MM held stable at Rs 3100/3200 per kg. Small cardamom has been majorly produces in the Idukki of Kerala. The harvesting of small cardamom descended by 24/30 percent because of the unfavourable weather conditions and weak rainfall during the starting of the current season. The old stock of previous season has already been over and the arrivals of new crop reported to be limited in markets, due to this reason, both the stockists and traders are quoting It’s higher prices. Due to the starting of festival season on winters, the demand of small cardamom has been increasing rapidly at the consuming centres and in the local markets. In Guatemala, the production of small cardamom expected to be weak this year.
छोटी इलायची : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगी
नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) छोटी इलायची में तेजी देखने को मिल रही है। हाल ही में इसकी कीमतों में 50 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। जिसके परिणामस्वरूप यहां साढ़े सात एमएम के भाव 3100/3200 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हैं। भारत में छोटी इलायची का मुख्य उत्पादक क्षेत्र केरल का इडुक्की जिला है। शुरुआती फसल सीजन के दौरान बारिश की कमी और प्रतिकूल मौसम की वजह से तुड़ाई में 25/30 प्रतिशत तक की कमी दर्ज की गई थी।पिछले सीजन का पुराना स्टॉक लगभग खत्म हो चुका है और मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक सीमित होने के कारण स्टॉकिस्ट और कारोबारी ऊंची बोलियां लगा रहे हैं। त्योहारी सीजन और सर्दियों की शुरुआत के चलते स्थानीय बाजारों और खपत केंद्रों पर छोटी इलायची की मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है। भारत और प्रमुख निर्यातक देश ग्वाटेमाला में इस सीजन के दौरान कुल उत्पादन कम रहने की आशंका जताई गई जा रही है।
Black pepper will remain strong

During the previous day, black pepper prices improved by Rs 5 per kg, as a result, here, the price of black pepper markara held stable at Rs 760/770 per kg. Both the arrivals and the supply of black pepper reported to be limited in the famous markets along with Kochi. Both the farmers and the local traders are not selling out their stock in the expectations of higher prices, due to this, the arrivals showed downfall in the markets and the prices get support. The prices of imported black pepper have been ruling at the higher level because of the increment in import and on seeing the situation of rupee against the American dollar, due to this reason, both the demand and the prices of domestic black pepper have been ruling at the higher level.
कालीमिर्च : मजबूत बनी रहेगी
नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कालीमिर्च की कीमतों में इस समय स्थिरता के बाद मजबूती देखने को मिली है। एक दिन पूर्व इसमें 5 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप यहां कालीमिर्च मरकरा 760/770 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए। कोच्चि और अन्य प्रमुख मंडियों में काली मिर्च की दैनिक आवक या सप्लाई काफी सीमित हो गई है। किसान और स्थानीय व्यापारी ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में अपनी बची हुई फसल को संभालकर रख रहे हैं, जिससे मंडियों में माल की आवक घटी है और कीमतों को समर्थन मिल रहा है। डॉलर के मुकाबले रुपये की स्थिति और आयात लागत बढ़ने से विदेशी काली मिर्च महंगी हुई है, जिससे भारतीय काली मिर्च की मांग और घरेलू कीमतें मजबूत हुई हैं।
Dry ginger: beneficial at current rates
New Delhi, 08 October (NNS): the demand of Indian dry ginger reported to be constant in the international markets, whereas, the availability of the stock reported to be weak at the global level because of the downfall in the production from the famous producing countries like Nigeria. On seeing the downfall in the supply, both the stockists and the traders have increased the buying of the stock at the lower level, due to this reason, the prices gets support. During the previous day, the prices of dry ginger went up by Rs 500 per quintal, due to this, now, its prices held stable at Rs 32500/33000 per quintal. Due to the arrivals of winter and constant demand of dry ginger in the Ayurvedic food products, the demand and the prices may increase. The prices of dry ginger may not show more downfall until the increment in the arrivals of raw ginger in the markets.
सौंठ : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा
नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में भारतीय सौंठ की लगातार मांग बनी हुई है, जबकि नाइजीरिया जैसे प्रमुख उत्पादक देशों से उत्पादन घटने की खबरों के कारण वैश्विक स्तर पर उपलब्धता कम हुई है। कम होती आपूर्ति को देखते हुए बड़े स्टॉकिस्टों और कारोबारियों द्वारा निचले स्तरों पर सौंठ की लिवाली बढ़ा दी गई है, जिससे कीमतों को समर्थन मिल रहा है। एक दिन पूर्व सौंठ की कीमतों में 500 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, जिससे पर अब सौंठ के भाव 32500/33000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। सर्दियों की आहट और आयुर्वेदिक खाद्य उत्पादों में सौंठ की निरंतर मांग के चलते इसके दाम और ऊंचे हो सकते हैं। जब तक मंडियों में नए कच्चे अदरक की आवक बेहतर नहीं होती और प्रसंस्करण लागत नीचे नहीं आती, तब तक सौंठ के दामों में बड़ी गिरावट की संभावना कम है।
Pistachio: will likely to remain high
New Delhi, 08 October (NNS): the prices of pistachio showed heavy increment in both the domestic and the International markets. Today, its prices went up by Rs 100 per quintal, due to this, presently, the prices of pistachio peshawari remained at Rs 4000/4100 per quintal. In dry fruits market, the prices of pistachio showed heavy increment from the past some months which adversely affects the consumers and traders. The demand of Vista reported to be high from the gift, manufacturing companies and sweets manufacturers, due to this reason, there is a shortage of stock in both the wholesale and the domestic markets. Recently, the trend of Pista flavour sweets, bakery, Products, ice cream, and shakes has been increasing rapidly. Both the big FMCG and confectionary companies have to purchase the stock of Pista at the higher rates to continue their production, due to this, the prices gets more support.

नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में पिस्ता की कीमतों में हाल के दिनों में जबरदस्त तेजी दर्ज की गई है। आज पिस्ता की कीमतों में 100 रुपए का उछाल आने से वर्तमान में पेशावरी पिस्ता के भाव 4000/4100 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए है। ड्राई फ्रूट्स बाजार में पिस्ता की कीमतें पिछले कुछ महीनों में अत्यधिक तेजी आ चुकी हैं, जिससे यह आम उपभोक्ताओं और कारोबारियों की जेब पर भारी असर डाल रहा है। मिठाई निर्माताओं और गिफ़्ट पैक बनाने वाली कंपनियों की ओर से भारी मांग रहने से थोक और स्थानीय दोनों बाजारों में स्टॉक की कमी हो गई है। हाल ही में पिस्ता-फ्लेवर वाली मिठाइयों, बेकरी प्रोडक्ट्स, आइसक्रीम और शेक्स का चलन तेजी से बढ़ा है। बड़ी एफएमसीजी और कन्फेक्शनरी कंपनियों को अपना उत्पादन जारी रखने के लिए महंगी दरों पर भी पिस्ता खरीदना पड़ रहा है, जिससे कीमतों को और समर्थन मिला है।
Cumin: prices may increase in future
New Delhi, 08 October (NNS): Due to the strong trend in the contract market, the prices of cumin assured nominal improvement in the spot market. Here, the prices of average quality cumin jumped by Rs 800 to Rs 25800/26300 per quintal. The sowing of cumin will start soon from October and November in Gujarat and Rajasthan, but the situation seems uncertain on seeing the weather conditions and constant fluctuations in the temperature, due to this reason, the prices showed fluctuations in the contract market. The arrivals of cumin reported to be limited in the famous market along with Unjha. After the improvement in the prices of cumin, both the farmers and the traders have stored the stock in the expectations of increment in the prices. Both the festival and the wedding season will likely to start from the starting of October. In the same time duration, the procurement reported to be strong from the spices manufacturers, domestic processors and stockists.
जीरा : और तेज रहेगा
नई दिल्ली, 8 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वायदा बाजार में आई मजबूती के सहारे घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे की कीमतों में हल्की सुधार देखने को मिली है। यहां पर एवरेज क्वालिटी जीरे के भाव 800 रुपए बढ़कर 25800/26300 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के उच्च स्तर पर जा पहुंचे। गुजरात और राजस्थान में आगामी रबी सीजन अक्टूबर-नवंबर के दौरान जीरे की बुआई का समय नजदीक आ रहा है, लेकिन अभी तापमान और मौसम की स्थिति को लेकर असमंजस बना हुआ है, जिससे सट्टेबाजी और वायदा बाजार में तेजी का रुख बना हुआ है। ऊंझा और अन्य प्रमुख मंडियों में आवक सीमित बनी हुई है। किसान और व्यापारी निचले स्तरों से भाव सुधरने के बाद भी बेहतर मुनाफे की उम्मीद में माल रोककर चल रहे हैं। अक्टूबर महीने की शुरुआत के साथ ही देश में त्योहारों और शादियों का सीजन शुरू हो जाता है। इस दौरान मसाला मैन्युफैक्चरर्स, घरेलू प्रोसेसर्स और स्टॉकिस्टों की तरफ से खरीदारी काफी मजबूत हो गई है।
