नई दिल्ली, 12 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) बड़ी इलायची की कीमतों में पिछले दिनों आई गिरावट के बाद बाजार थोड़ा मजबूत हुआ है। इसकी नई फसल मंडियों में लगातार आ रही है। उधर पुराना बचा हुआ स्टॉक अभी भी मंडियों में उपलब्ध है। अक्टूबर-नवंबर के त्योहारों और सर्दियों की शुरुआत के कारण घरेलू बाजार में बड़ी इलायची की मांग में काफी तेजी आई है। मसाला कंपनियों, थोक खरीदारों और स्थानीय बाजारों में खरीदारी का जोर बढ़ रहा है। यहां पर कैंचीकट के भाव 1500/1540 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्व स्तर पर टिके रहे। बड़ी इलायची का एक बड़ा हिस्सा नेपाल से आयात होता है। हालांकि इस बार फसल की पैदावार अच्छी होने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन इसके बावजूद नेपाल से नई फसल की आवक में देरी हो रही है, जिससे भारतीय बाजारों में तत्काल उपलब्धता कम बनी हुई है। बढ़ती हुई घरेलू मांग को देखते हुए बड़े स्टॉकिस्टों और व्यापारियों ने ऊंचे मुनाफे की उम्मीद में अपने माल को रोक लिया है। बाजार में बिकवाली कम होने और खरीदारों के सक्रिय होने से कीमतें धीरे-धीरे ऊपर की ओर बढ़ रही हैं।
Red chilli: will remain strong

Here, its prices remained stable at Rs 26000/28000 per quintal. The outstanding stock of previous season reported to be historical in the markets of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The demand seems nominal from the spices companies and the stockists due to the limited stock, and the old stock have already been over in the cold storages. The buying reported to be sluggish from the spices, traders, and the producers in both the local and the whole wholesale markets, due to this reason, the prices have remained under pressure.
लालमिर्च : मजबूत बनी रहेगी
नई दिल्ली, 12 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हाल ही में लालमिर्च कीमतों में आई तेजी के बाद फिलहाल लिवाली थोड़ी कमजोर पड़ी है, हाल ही में लालमिर्च 334 नंबर की कीमतों में 500 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। यहां पर इसके भाव 26000/28000 प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुए हैं। आंध्र प्रदेश और तेलंगाना की मंडियों में पिछले सीजन का बचा हुआ स्टॉक ऐतिहासिक रूप से कम बताया जा रहा है। पिछले साल की तुलना में कम फसल और कोल्ड स्टोरेज में पुराना स्टॉक समाप्त होने तथा सीमित होने से मसाला कंपनियों और स्टॉकिस्टों की तरफ से थोड़ा मांग बनी हुई है। स्थानीय मंडियों और थोक बाजारों में आम खरीदारों और मसाला कारोबारियों की सुस्त लिवाली के कारण कीमतों पर दबाव देखा जा रहा है।
Turmeric: profitable after sometime

Both the traders and stocks are holding huge amount of stock, due to this, the situation seems positive in both the spot and contract market. On the other hand, the export of turmeric showed up trend from some countries like China, Bangladesh, Turkey, Sri Lanka and Nigeria, due to this, the Indian markets get support and the prices may increase after time during the near future.
हल्दी : ठहरकर और मुनाफा देगी
नई दिल्ली, 12 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हल्दी की कीमतों लगातार तेजी देखने को मिल रही है। पिछले सप्ताह लगातार बिकवाली चलने से हाजिर में हल्दी इरोड गट्टा के भाव 20200/20500 रुपए बिक रहे थे, लेकिन आज 1500 रुपए उछलकर 21800/22000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल उच्च स्तर पर जा पहुंची। नई फसल की आवक कम रहने और अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले स्टॉक की कमी बनी हुई है। सांगली और निजामाबाद जैसी प्रमुख मंडियों में आवक कम हो रही है, और साथ ही मार्केट में सट्टेबाजी के कारण भी भावों में उतार-चढ़ाव देखा जा रहा है। व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा बड़े पैमाने पर हल्दी की होल्डिंग करने से भी वायदा और हाजिर बाजार में सकारात्मक माहौल बना हुआ है। उधर चीन, बांग्लादेश, तुर्की, श्रीलंका और नाइजीरिया समेत कई देशों से हल्दी का निर्यात बढ़ा है, जिससे भारतीय बाजारों में समर्थन मिल रहा है। और निकट भविष्य के अंदर इसमें ठहरकर और वृद्धि की संभावना है।

Here, the prices of poppy seeds Turkey remained stable at Ts 1300/1400 per Kg m. The new crop of poppy seeds have been started arriving from March and April, due to this, its prices will likely to remain under pressure after the increment in the arrivals of new crop. The supply of the stock showed up trend because of the heavy availability of the imported stock and constant arrivals of the new crop in the markets, due to this, the supply seems high. The arrivals of the stock reported to be normal in the Neemuch line of Madhya Pradesh. Despite the soft trend in the prices, both the traders and the stockist are selling limited amount of stock at the lower level.

नई दिल्ली, 12 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) बादामगिरी की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती का रुख बना हुआ है। लेकिन आज 20/30 रुपए नरम होकर 1090/1170 रुपए प्रति किलो रह गई।अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार से भारत आने वाले बादाम के आयात में भारी कमी आई है। पिछले साल के मुकाबले भारत में आयातित कंटेनर्स की संख्या काफी घट गई है। पिछले कुछ हफ्तों में भारतीय बंदरगाहों पर आयात की खेप अपेक्षाकृत धीमी रही है, जिससे घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में स्टॉक सीमित हो गया है। त्यौहारों के दौरान ड्राई फ्रूट्स, मिठाइयों और गिफ्ट पैक की मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है। बाजार में माल की कमी को देखते हुए बड़े व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों ने मजबूत लिवाली की है, जिससे कीमतें तेजी से ऊपर गई हैं। अमेरिकी डॉलर के मुकाबले भारतीय रुपये के कमजोर रहने से विदेशों से बादाम मंगवाना महंगा पड़ रहा है।
Coriander: profitable at the current level

However, the speed of export seems weak at the higher level, but exporters are active in the markets, and it is expected that its trade will be profitable in the near future.
धनिया : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा
नई दिल्ली, 12 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) धनिया की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती का का रुख बना हुआ है। आज इसमें 200 रुपए की तेजी आने से बादामी के भाव बढ़कर 17700/17900 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसी बड़ी मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक सामान्य से कम बताई जा रही है। जिससे हाजिर बाजार में धनिए की कमी बनी हुई है। इसके अलावा, स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा माल रोककर रखने से भी बाजार में सप्लाई कम हो गई है। वैश्विक स्तर पर भी धनिया की आपूर्ति सीमित होने के कारण भारतीय धनिया की अंतरराष्ट्रीय मांग अच्छी बनी हुई है। हालांकि ऊंचे भावों के कारण बीच-बीच में निर्यात की रफ्तार थोड़ी धीमी पड़ती है, लेकिन कुल मिलाकर एक्सपोर्ट खरीदार बाजार में सक्रिय हैं। आगामी दिनों में इसमें ठहरकर और लाभ मिलने की संभावना है।

नई दिल्ली, 12 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कालीमिर्च की कीमतों में इस समय स्थिरता के बाद मजबूती देखने को मिली है। हाल ही में इसमें 5 रुपए की मजबूती आने से यहां कालीमिर्च मरकरा 770/780 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गई। कोच्चि और अन्य प्रमुख मंडियों में काली मिर्च की दैनिक आवक या सप्लाई काफी सीमित हो गई है। किसान और स्थानीय व्यापारी ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में अपनी बची हुई फसल को संभालकर रख रहे हैं, जिससे मंडियों में माल की आवक घटी है और कीमतों को समर्थन मिल रहा है। डॉलर के मुकाबले रुपये की स्थिति और आयात लागत बढ़ने से विदेशी काली मिर्च महंगी हुई है, जिससे भारतीय काली मिर्च की मांग और घरेलू कीमतें मजबूत हुई हैं।

The arrivals of cumin reported to be limited in the famous market along with Unjha, whereas, both the farmers and the traders have stored their stock in the expectations of higher prices. The domestic demand from the spices manufacturers, local processor and stockists reported to be high on seeing the upcoming festivals, weddings, and from the starting of the October.
जीरा : और तेजी के आसार
नई दिल्ली, 12 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वायदा कारोबार में तेजी के चलते घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे के दामों में तेजी दर्ज की गई है, यहां पर एवरेज क्वालिटी वाले जीरे की कीमतें 800 रुपये उछलकर 27600/28100 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल पर पहुंच गए। गुजरात और राजस्थान में आगामी रबी सीजन के तहत अक्टूबर-नवंबर में होने वाली जीरे की बुआई से ठीक पहले मौसम तथा तापमान के मिजाज को लेकर असमंजस का माहौल बना हुआ है, जिससे सट्टेबाजी और वायदा बाजार में लगातार उछाल देखा जा रहा है। ऊंझा समेत देश की प्रमुख मंडियों में जीरे की आवक फिलहाल सीमित है, जबकि किसान और व्यापारी भाव में सुधार आने के बावजूद भी ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में अपने स्टॉक को रोककर बैठे हैं। अक्टूबर की शुरुआत के साथ ही त्योहारों और शादियों के सीजन की दस्तक से मसाला निर्माताओं, स्थानीय प्रोसेसर्स और स्टॉकिस्टों की ओर से जीरे की घरेलू मांग में जबरदस्त तेजी देखने को मिल रही है।
