New Delhi, 18 February (NNS): The prices of big cardamom kainchicut remained firm at Rs 1610 per kg due to the weak sale even after the downfall in the prices during the previous days. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 20 per kg. The average auction prices reported to be around Rs 1450/1762 per kg in the last auction which held on 12^th February. The market sentiments may affect due to the lack of sale. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices during the coming one or two days.

बड़ी इलायची : तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 फरवरी (एनएनएस)। पिछले दिनों आई मंदी के बाद बड़ी इलायची की बिक्री सुस्त ही बनी हुई है। यही वजह है कि यहां बड़ी इलायची कैंचीकट 1610 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम के पूर्वबंद स्तर पर ही अपरिवर्तित बनी रही। इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें 20 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। 12 फरवरी को हुई अभी तक की अंतिम नीलामी में इसकी औसत नीलामी कीमत 1450/1762 रुपए रह जाने की सूचना मिली थी। बिक्री का अभाव बना होने से बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो रही है। आगामी एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में बड़ी इलायची में तेजी के आसार नहीं हैं।

Nutmeg: no possibility to improve

New Delhi, 18 February (NNS): The prices of nutmeg remained firm at Rs 770 per kg due to the sluggish offtake as the Ramadan demand has already been over. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 5 per kg. Both the arrivals and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day in Kochi. The market sentiments may affect due to the lack of activeness from the exporters. There is no possibility of uptrend in the spot nutmeg prices during the coming days.

जायफल : बढ़ने की उम्मीद नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 फरवरी (एनएनएस)। रमजान की मांग पूरी होने के बाद जायफल के उठाव में सुस्ती छा गई है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप यहां जायफल 770 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम के पूर्वस्तर पर ही जमा रहा। इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमे 5 रुपए की नरमी आई थी। कोच्चि में इसकी आवक तथा कीमत एक दिन पूर्व के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की सूचना मिली। निर्यातकों की सक्रियता का अभाव बना होने से बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो रही है। आने वाले एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में जायफल बढ़ने की उम्मीद नहीं दिख रही है।

Turmeric: will remain strong

New Delhi, 18 February (NNS): The prices of turmeric erode gatha asitis gained by Rs 100 to Rs 15100 per quintal during the review week because of the strong sale even after the uptrend in the prices. Recently, the prices have gone up in the same ratio. There were around 3000 bags of turmeric reported to arrive in erode and the prices  gained by Rs 200 per quintal. The active contract prices went up by Rs 352 or 2.33 percent to Rs 15442 per quintal because of the all-round speculative buying, due to this, the market sentiments may affect. The spot turmeric prices will likely to remain strong during the coming one or two days.

हल्दी : मजबूती जारी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 18 फरवरी (एनएनएस)। पिछले दिनों आई तेजी के बाद भी हल्दी की बिक्री मजबूत ही बनी हुई है। इसके फलस्वरूप यहां ईरोड ग_ïा एज ईट इज 100 रुपए बढ़कर 15,100 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गई। इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें इतना ही सुधार हुआ था। ईरोड में इसकी करीब 3 हजार बोरियों की आवक होने तथा 200 रुपए की तेजी आने की खबर मिली। सटोरियों की चौतरफा लिवाली से सक्रिय वायदा 352 रुपए या 2.33 प्रतिशत उछलकर 15,442 रुपए हो गया। इससे बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो सकती है। आगामी एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में हल्दी मजबूत ही बनी रह सकती है।

Poppy seeds: no fear of downfall

New Delhi, 18 February (NNS): The prices of poppy seeds Turkey remained firm at Rs 1500 per kg due to the sluggish offtake from the stockists even after the increment in the prices during the previous days. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 50 per quintal. The market sentiments may affect due to the higher import prices and weak rupee against the American dollar. There is no possibility of more downfall in the spot poppy seeds prices during the coming one or two days.

पोस्तदाना : मंदी का डर नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 फरवरी (एनएनएस)। पिछले दिनों आई तेजी के बाद भी पोस्तदाने का उठाव सुस्त ही बना हुआ है। यही वजह है कि यहां पोस्तदाना तुर्की 1500 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम के पूर्वबंद स्तर पर ही स्थिर बना रहा। इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें 50 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। अमेरिकी डॉलर की अपेक्षा रुपया कमजोर ही बना होने और इसकी वजह से आयात पड़ता बढ़ने की आशंका से बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो रही है। आने वाले एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में पोस्तदाने में मंदी की आशंका नहीं है।

Coriander: possibility of break on uptrend

New Delhi, 18 February (NNS): During the review week, the prices of coriander badami went up by Rs 11300 per quintal due to the strong offtake even after the improvement in the prices during the previous days. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 100 per quintal. There were around 1000 bags of coriander reported to arrive in Baran mandi of Rajasthan and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day. The active contract market jumped by Rs 296 or 2.83 percent to Rs 10740 per quintal owing to the all-round speculative buying. The market sentiments may affect due to the nominal arrivals of the new crop.  There is a possibility of temporary break on uptrend in the prices during the coming days.

धनिया : तेजी पर ब्रेक संभव

नई दिल्ली, 18 फरवरी (एनएनएस)। पिछले दिनों हुए सुधार के बाद भी धनिया का उठाव और मजबूत हुआ। इसके फलस्वरूप यहां धनिया बादामी 200 रुपए तेज होकर 11,300 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के स्तर पर पहुंच गया। इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें 100 रुपए का सुधार हुआ था। राजस्थान की बारां मंड़ी में इसकी करीब एक हजार बोरियों की आवक होने तथा कीमत एक दिन पूर्व के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की जानकारी मिली। सटोरियों की चौतरफा लिवाली से सक्रिय वायदा 296 रुपए या 2.83 प्रतिशत उछलकर 10,740 रुपए पर पहुंच गया। नई फसल की छुटपुट आवक से बाजार की धारणा प्रभावित हो सकती है। आने वाले एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में धनिए की तेजी पर अस्थाई ब्रेक लग सकता है।

New Delhi, 18 February (NNS): The arrivals of cumin reported to be around 8000/9000 bags in Unjha and the prices jumped by Rs 200/250 per 20 kg. Here, the prices of cumin rose by Rs 200 to Rs 23500 per quintal due to the higher buying from the stockists even after the downfall in the prices during the previous days. Recently, the prices have gone up by Rs 100 per quintal. The active contract prices jumoed by Rs 520 or 2.33 percent to Rs 22865 per quintal due to all-round speculative buying. The spot cumin prices will likely to remain strong during the coming days.

जीरा : मजबूती बनी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 18 फरवरी (एनएनएस)। ऊंझा में नए जीरे की आवक बढ़कर करीब चार हजार बोरियों की होने की सूचना मिली। इसे मिलाकर वहां पर इस प्रमुख किराना जिंस की कुल करीब 8-9 हजार बोरियों की आवक होने के बाद भी 200-250 रुपए प्रति 20 किलोग्राम का उछाल आने की जानकारी मिली। यहां पिछले दिनों आई मंदी के बाद स्टॉकिस्टों की लिवाली बढ़ने से जीरा सामान्य 200 रुपए तेज होकर 23,500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल पर पहुंच गया। इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें 100 रुपए का सुधार हुआ था। सटोरियों की चौतरफा लिवाली से सक्रिय वायदा 520 रुपए या 2.33 प्रतिशत उछलकर 22,865 रुपए पर पहुंच गया। आने वाले एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में जीरा मजबूत ही बना रहने का अनुमान है।

Fenugreek: not likely to improve

New Delhi, 18 February (NNS): The prices of fenugreek remained firm at Rs 6700 per quintal due to the sluggish sale even after the feeble prices. Recently, the prices have gone down by Rs 100 per quintal. Both the arrivals and the prices held stable at the same level of the previous day in the famous markets of Rajasthan. There is no possibility of improvement in the spot fenugreek prices during the coming one or two days.

मेथीदाना : सुधार के आसार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 फरवरी (एनएनएस)। पिछले दिनों आई मंदी के बाद भी मेथीदाने की बिक्री सुस्त ही बनी हुई है। यही वजह है कि यहां मेथीदाना सामान्य 6700 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर ही अपरिवर्तित बना रहा। इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें 100 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। राजस्थान की मंड़ियों में मेथी की आवक तथा कीमत एक दिन पूर्व के स्तर पर ही बनी होने की रिपोर्ट मिली। आगामी एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में मेथीदाने में सुधार के आसार नहीं दिख रहे हैं।
