नई दिल्ली, 12 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इधर रक्षाबंधन कब से समाप्त हो गए हैं, श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की सभी अनुकूल नहीं है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव में दूध पाउडर की बिकवाली करते रहना चाहिए। यहां से अब और इंतजार करना नुकसानदायक हो सकता है। गौरतलब है कि उत्तर भारत के प्लांट चलने में अभी विलंब हैं, लेकिन बिक्री में कमी को देखते हुए तेजी नहीं लग रही है। हम मानते हैं कि बार श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के बाद और त्योहार नजदीक आने से खपत रहेगी, लेकिन मौसम अनुकूल है, इसलिए दूध पाउडर की कमी नहीं पड़ेगी।

Milk powder: should sell the stock continuously

New Delhi, 12 August (NNS): The milk powder of South India has been selling at the sluggish rates. Here, the demand of raksha bandhan has already been over and it seems favourable for shri Krishna janmashatami. On the other hand, the availability of liquid milk showed uptrend, in these circumstances, it is advisable to sell the stock at the current level. It is expected that waiting any longer from here could lead to loss. Notably, the plants of North India will start after some time, but the prices may not show uptrend on seeing the weak sale. It is also true that the consumption will remain high after shri Krishna janmashatami as the festival will arrive soon, due to this, there will be no shortage of milk powder during the near future.

देसी घी-तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 अगस्त (एनएनएस) प्लांट चलने में लंबा समय बाकी है, लेकिन मिलावटी माल लगातार मंदे भाव में बिकने से असली देसी घी निर्माता परेशानी में आ गए हैं, जिस कारण उनके मालों की बिकवाली का प्रेशर भी बढ़ने लगा है। इधर स्टाक के माल कंपनी के भाव से नीचे बिकने लगे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में प्लांटो के माल बिकने कम हो गए हैं। इधर दो बड़े त्यौहार रक्षाबंधन एवं श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की बिक्री समाप्त हो गई है। आगे नवरात्रि आने वाली है, जिसमें खपत रहेगी, लेकिन मिलावटी माल तेजी नहीं आने देंगे। जो वर्तमान भाव में देसी घी के भाव 8700/8900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, इसलिए वर्तमान भाव पर माल बेचते रहना चाहिए। मिलावटी माल 5500/7500 रुपए के बीच आर एम वैल्यू के हिसाब से खपत वाले उद्योगों को मिलते जा रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: no possibility to increase

New Delhi, 12 August (NNS): There is still long time left in the running of the plants, but the pure desi ghee manufacturers are in trouble as the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling at the sluggish rates, due to this reason, the selling of the stock has been increasing constantly. Here, the companies are selling the stored stock at the lower level, in these circumstances, less amount of stock has been selling from the companies. Here, the sale of big festivals like raksha bandhan and shri Krishna janamashatami seems feeble. The Navratri will start soon and its consumption will remain high, but the adulterated stock of desi ghee will not likely to remain high.  The prices of both desi ghee also being traded at Rs 8700/8900 per quintal at the current level, now, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level. The adulterated stock also being available at Rs 5500/7500 per quintal as per the RM value.
