New Delhi, 31 July (NNS): This year, the stock of butter reported to be weak by 55/56 percent in the plants. On the other hand, the production of butter seems weak in the poly pack despite the weak prices of liquid milk, due to its effect, the production of desi ghee declined by 18/20 percent in the plants, due to this reason, the sale of the stock reported to be weak from the last one month, despite all this, desi ghee prices remained firm at the same level. Here, premium quality desi ghee also ruling between Rs 7700/8200 per quintal, whereas, the prices of adulterated desi ghee seems unstable. The adulterants are selling the stock of desi ghee at the lower level of Rs 800/900 per  kg and it is  being use in the cemeteries and temples as Prasad. The government should have to be strict on these places and the address of the adulterants will be available from there.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल से तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 31 जुलाई (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में इस बार बटर का स्टॉक 55-56 प्रतिशत कम है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध के भाव नीचे होने के बावजूद भी पॉली पैक में अधिक खपने से बटर का उत्पादन नहीं हो रहा है, इसके प्रभाव से देसी घी भी प्लांटों में 18-20 प्रतिशत का ही बन रहा है। यही कारण है कि पिछले एक महीने से बिक्री कम के बावजूद भी देसी घी के भाव स्थिर बने हुए हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी 7700/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी देसी घी के कोई भाव निश्चित नहीं है, जहां भी ग्राहक माल मांग रहा है, वहीं असली देशी घी की अपेक्षा 800/900 रुपए सस्ते भाव में मिलावटिए बेच जाते हैं तथा मिलावटी देशी घी श्मशान घाट एवं मंडियोंं में बिकने वाले प्रसाद में खप रहा है सरकार को उक्त खपत वाले जगहों पर सख्ती करनी चाहिए, वहां से मिलावटियों के एड्रेस मिल जाएंगे।

Milk powder: will likely to remain stable

New Delhi, 31 July (NNS): The supply of raw milk improved to one lakh litres on daily basis in North India, in which, almost 80 percent of the liquid milk has been selling out in the poly pack, due to this, almost 20 percent of milk powder has been started producing in the nominal plants because the stock of liquid milk has not been available as per the consumption because of the higher temperature and moisture, in these circumstances, the sale reported to be weak, despite all this, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices  and the premium quality stock remained stable at Rs 285/295 per kg. The prices have been ruling at the sluggish level in the international markets, due to which, huge amount of Maharashtra’s stock has been selling out in the export.

दूध पाउडर-अभी ठहराव कायम रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 31 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सुधरकर लाख लीटर दैनिक रही है, जिसमें 80 प्रतिशत लिक्विड दूध पॉली पैक में जा रहा है, इसलिए गिने चुने प्लांट ही 20 प्रतिशत दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि गर्मी व उमस से क्षमता के अनुरूप लिक्विड दूध उपलब्ध नहीं हो रही है, इन परिस्थितियों में बिक्री कम होने के बावजूद भी मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है तथा कुछ दिन 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव टिके रहने की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी कीमतें पहले की अपेक्षा सुस्त चल रही हैं, जिससे निर्यात में महाराष्ट्र का माल ही ज्यादा जा रहा है।
