New Delhi, 10 May (NNS): Presently, both the domestic and the export demand reported to be high in milk powder, due to which, the companies are selling the stock at the higher level during the last fortnight. Notably, the companies have sold the stock at the lower level till holi and this year, the manufacturing companies are focusing on the poly pack liquid milk rather than its production. On the other hand, the production pressure reported to be weak due to the higher prices of liquid milk. Therefore, it is expected that the prices of milk powder may gain by Rs 285/295 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन ठहर कर तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 10 मई (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में घरेलू तथा निर्यात मांग में बढ़ गई है, जिसके चलते एक पखवाड़े से कंपनियों द्वारा पुराने तेजी वाले भाव पर माल बेचा जा रहा है। गौरतलब है कि होली त्यौहार तक लगातार मंदे में स्टॉक के माल कंपनियां काफी काटती चली गई थी तथा इस बार पिछले दो महीने से निर्माता कंपनियां पाउडर बनाने की बजाय लिक्विड पोली दूध पर ज्यादा ध्यान दे रही थी। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध महंगा होने से उत्पादन का प्रेशर ज्यादा नहीं है। अत: 285/295 रुपए का दूध पाउडर और बढ़ सकता है।

Desi ghee: lack of stored stock

New Delhi, 10 May (NNS): The prices of desi ghee showed heavy uptrend due to the lack of stock in the companies, but its prices slipped by Rs 600/700 per tonne as compared to the same period of the previous year. Similarly, there is also a shortage of butter stock in the companies. Whereas, the federation has not been selling the stock at the lower level. Its prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, in these circumstances, the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 7450/7750 per tin. Now, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices, but it may gain after some days.

देसी घी-स्टॉक में माल की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 10 मई (एनएनएस) कंपनियों में देसी घी का स्टॉक काफी कम बचने से भारी तेजी आ गई है, लेकिन अभी भी गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में 600-700 रुपए प्रति टिन देसी घी के भाव नीचे चल रहे हैं। बटर का स्टाक किसी भी कंपनी में ज्यादा नहीं है। उधर फेडरेशन भी सस्ता माल नहीं बेच रहे हैं। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव चल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 7450/7750 रुपए प्रति टिन चल रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहर कर फिर बाजार बढ़ जाएगा।
