New Delhi, 03 November (NNS): The export demand of both butter and desi ghee showed uptrend after the war between America and Iran, due to this,  there is a lack of arrival pressure of fats in all the companies. The new stock has been started selling out constantly in the markets. The consumption will likely to remain high till diwali and chatt puja, due to this, the prices may not show more downfall. The transportation gets disturbed due the houthi rebels in the sea way along with hormuz, but the stock has been selling out constantly, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs10100/10350 per tin, wherea, the stock has been selling at an under rate of Rs 50/100 per quintal. The prices of adulterated stock also showed soft trend, due to this reason, the prices showed internal uptrend and the market may increase during the near future.

देसी घी-फैट की खपत रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 3 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) मक्खन तथा देसी घी में अमेरिका ईरान युद्ध के बाद निर्यात में बढ़ोतरी हुई है, जिस कारण किसी भी कंपनी में फैट का प्रेशर नहीं है। जो माल बन रहा है, वह बिकता जा रहा है। आगे दिवाली एवं छठ पूजा तक खपत जबरदस्त रहने वाली है, इसलिए अभी मंदा नहीं आएगा। होर्मुज सहित अन्य समुद्री मार्ग में हूती विद्रोहियों के चलते आवागमन कुछ डिस्टर्ब हो गया है, लेकिन माल जा रहे हैं, जिस कारण 10100/10350 रुपए प्रति टीन कंपनियां बोल रही हैं, जबकि बाजार में 50/100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट माल जरूर बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल में कुछ कमी आई है, जिस करण अंदरुनी तेजी बनी हुई है तथा आगे बाजार बढ़ सकता है।

Milk powder: increment in the supply of liquid milk

New Delhi, 03 November (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk increased to 95/96 lakh metric tonnes in the plants due to the favourable weather conditions, due to this reason, the production of both desi ghee and milk powder showed uptrend. Whereas, the consumption will likely to remain high, due to this, the companies not selling their stock. Here, the exporters have sold the stock of companies. Here, he consumption increased by 27/28 percent during the diwali. The market is being traded at Rs 340/353 per kg owing to the increment in the demand. This yea, the milk powder of South India has not been arriving in the Northern parts of the country, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may not show more downfall during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-लिक्विड की आपूर्ति में वृद्धि

नई दिल्ली, 3 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में गुलाबी मौसम होने से  प्लांटों में आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 95-96 लाख मीट्रिक टन हो गई है, जिस कारण देसी घी एवं दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बढ़ा है। वहीं दिवाली के बाद भी खपत आगे भरपूर रहेगी, जिस कारण कंपनियां अभी भाव घटाने के पक्ष में नहीं है, इधर निर्यातक कंपनियों के आगे बिके हुए हैं। इधर दिवाली में भी खपत में 27-28 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हो गई है। ग्राहकी निकलने से बाजार 340/353 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच अलग-अलग कंपनियों के बिक रहे हैं। दक्षिण भारत से इस बार उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर नहीं आ रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में घटने की संभावना नहीं है है।
