New Delhi, 02 November (NNS): The supply of liquid milk gained by 43/44 percent in the plants. The government has stopped the sale of adulterated stock and it may also cancel the license of the adulterants, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder may increase. The superior quality of the stock will increase in the markets. Here, the work of making sweets, flavoured milk, rabri, lassi, buttermilk, thandai and other beverages has increased because the prices seems favourable from the companies. On  the other hand, the demand seems constant from the restaurants on seeing the production. Here, the husk of paddy is being available at the higher level for the use in boiler, due to this reason, in October, the companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 20 per kg owing to the improved export and domestic demand. The prices of milk powder have been ruing at the higher level in South as compared to before.

दूध पाउडर-अभी घटने का कोई लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि लिक्विड दूध पाउडर की प्लांटों में आपूर्ति पहले की तुलना में 43-44 प्रतिशत बढ़ गई है। सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दिया है तथा मिलावट पाए जाने पर लाइसेंस रद्द करने की बात कही गई है। यही कारण है कि दूध पाउडर में तेजी की संभावना बनी हुई है। बढ़िया माल ही बाजार में आएगा। इधर मिठाइयां फ्लेवर मिल्क रबड़ी लस्सी छाछ ठंडाई सहित पेय पदार्थ बनाने का काम बढ़ गया है, क्योंकि कंपनियों को उक्त खाद्य पदार्थों में पड़ते लग रहे हैं। वहीं उत्पादन की लागत को देखकर रेस्टोरेंटों की भी मांग बनी हुई है। इधर बॉयलर में उपयोग हेतु धान की भूसी काफी महंगी हो गई गए है। यही कारण है कि निर्यात व घरेलू मांग भी सुधरते ही अक्टूबर में 20 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव कंपनियां बढ़ा दी हैं। साउथ में गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा दूध पाउडर के भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: no more downfall

New Delhi, 02 November (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 94/95 lakh litres in the plants of North India. Its prices also ruling at Rs 64/65 per litre owing to the competitive buying in the plants at the current level. Again, houthi rebels are carrying out attacks along with the maritime route. Here, both the supply and the consumption of liquid milk showed uptrend in the chilling plants and the plants are running at the current level. The government of UP has stopped the production of adulterated milk products. The prices may increase during the near future due to the increment in the prices of both butter and desi ghee. Notably, the production of desi ghee seems constant in the plants as comparatively because the manufacturing companies started storing the butter stock and it is selling out for the sweets, in these circumstances, the prices may not show more downfall during the coming days.

देसी घी-अभी मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली,2 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांट में  लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति औसतन 94-95 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो रही है, वर्तमान भाव पर लिक्विड दूध में प्लांटों की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा से इसके भाव 64/65 रुपए प्रति लीटर में हो रही हैं। इधर एक बार फिर समुद्री मार्ग पर हूति विद्रोहियों द्वारा आक्रमण किया जा रहा है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की खपत एवं आपूर्ति दोनों चिलिंग प्लांटों में बढ़ गई है तथा और प्लांट अब चल रहे हैं। यूपी सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी दूध उत्पादों पर रोक लगा दिया है। बटर एवं देसी घी में मांग आते ही आने वाले दिनों में उछल सकते हैं। गौरतलब है कि देसी घी प्लांटों में अपेक्षाकृत कम बन रहा है, क्योंकि निर्माता कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक कर रही हैं तथा मिठाइयों की खपत में जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में इसमें अभी मंदा नहीं है।
