New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): After the recent rise in red chilli prices, buying has weakened slightly for the time being. Recently, prices of Red Chilli No. 334 had increased by Rs 500 per quintal. Here, prices are holding at the previous level of Rs 26000/28000 per quintal. Stocks of old and carryover red chilli in cold storages and mandis are reportedly declining. Strong and continuous buying is being witnessed from North India, local spice companies and traders. In the coming days, the market is expected to consolidate before offering further gains.

लालमिर्च : ठहरकर लाभ देगी

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) लालमिर्च की कीमतों में हाल ही में तेजी के बाद फिलहाल लिवाली थोड़ी कमजोर पड़ी है,  हाल ही में लालमिर्च 334 नंबर की कीमतों में 500 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। यहां पर इसके भाव 26000/28000 प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुए हैं। कोल्ड स्टोरेज और मंडियो में पुराने स्टॉक और कैरीओवर स्टॉक में कमी बताई जा रही है। उत्तर भारत और स्थानीय मसाला कंपनियों तथा व्यापारियों द्वारा लाल मिर्च की लगातार और मजबूत खरीदारी की जा रही है। आगामी दिनों में इसका बाजार ठहरकर लाभदायक रहेगा।

Cloves: Prices Likely to Rise Further

New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): Clove prices remained stable at the same level. Recently, its prices increased by Rs 20 to Rs 980/1070 per kg. Large quantities of cloves are being imported from major producing countries such as Madagascar and Indonesia. Adverse weather and unfavourable climatic conditions during the previous season significantly reduced clove production in these countries. Limited stocks have kept international prices elevated. Clove prices are expected to rise further in the coming days.

लौंग : आगे तेज रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) लौंग की कीमतों में मजबूती देखने को मिल रही है। हाल ही में इसके भाव 20 रुपए की तेजी आई थी जिससे इसके भाव 980/1070 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं। मेडागास्कर और इंडोनेशिया जैसे प्रमुख उत्पादक देशों से भारी मात्रा में लौंग का आयात किया जा रहा है। इंडोनेशिया, मेडागास्कर में पिछले सीजन के दौरान मौसम खराब होने और प्रतिकूल जलवायु परिस्थितियों के कारण लौंग का उत्पादन काफी कम हुआ है। स्टॉक कम होने की वजह से अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ही लौंग के दाम ऊंचे बने हुए हैं। आने वाले दिनों में लौंग की कीमतों में तेजी आने की संभावना है।

Small Cardamom: No long increment

New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): Small cardamom prices have stabilised following their recent rise. Prices had recently increased by Rs 50 per kg. Here, 7.5 mm cardamom is holding at its previous level of Rs 3250/3400 per kg. With winter approaching and festivals around the corner, the demand for small cardamom remains steady in local markets and domestic consumption centres. Old stocks in mandis are almost exhausted, while fresh arrivals are not particularly strong. Consequently, traders and stockists are buying and selling at prevailing levels rather than waiting for a significant price decline.

छोटी इलायची : लंबी तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) छोटी इलायची की कीमतों में तेजी के बाद स्थिरता देखने को मिल रही है। हाल ही में इसकी कीमतों में 50 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। यहां साढ़े सात एमएम के भाव 3250/3400 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुए हैं। सर्दियों के मौसम और आने वाले त्योहारों को देखते हुए स्थानीय बाजारों और घरेलू खपत केंद्रों में छोटी इलायची की मांग बनी हुई है। मंडियों में पुराना स्टॉक लगभग का होता जा रहा है। और नई फसल की आवक भी बहुत मजबूत नहीं है, जिसके कारण व्यापारी और स्टॉकिस्ट ज्यादा गिरावट का इंतजार किए बिना वर्तमान स्तर पर ही खरीद-बिक्री कर रहे हैं।

Black Pepper: Prices to Remain Firm

New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): Black pepper prices are currently maintaining a firm trend. Recently, black pepper markara prices strengthened by Rs 5 to Rs 825/835 per kg. Daily arrivals have declined in major producing regions and markets, including Kochi and Karnataka. Farmers and large stockists are reluctant to sell their stocks at current price levels. With the arrival of festivals such as Diwali, both the consumption and demand in domestic markets and mandis are increasing rapidly. Global supplies are also tight due to adverse weather and fluctuations in production in major producing countries such as Vietnam and Brazil. Supply constraints are expected to continue in the near future, supporting prices.

कालीमिर्च : मजबूत बनी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कालीमिर्च की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती देखने को मिल रही है। हाल ही में इसकी कीमतों में 5 रुपए की मजबूती आने से कालीमिर्च मरकरा 825/835 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गई। प्रमुख उत्पादक क्षेत्रों और मंडियों जैसे कोच्चि, कर्नाटक में कालीमिर्च की दैनिक आवक में कमी आई है। किसान और बड़े स्टॉकिस्ट मौजूदा कम कीमतों पर अपना स्टॉक बेचने से बच रहे हैं। आगम दीवाली जैसे त्योहारों की शुरुआत के साथ ही घरेलू बाजारों और मंडियों में उपभोग तथा मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है। वियतनाम और ब्राजील जैसे बड़े उत्पादक देशों में मौसम की मार और उत्पादन में उतार-चढ़ाव के कारण वैश्विक स्तर पर भी सप्लाई टाइट बनी हुई है, और निकट भविष्य में इसमें और वृद्धि की संभावना है।

Dry Ginger: profitable at the current level

New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): International demand for Indian dry ginger remains consistently strong. Recently, its prices increased by Rs 500 to Rs 34500/35000 per quintal. Adequate supplies of raw ginger for grinding and drying are not available, affecting stocks of dried ginger. Production declines in major producing countries such as Nigeria have also weakened availability in international markets. With the onset of winter, domestic demand is expected to increase. Considering the upcoming festive season, further price gains are anticipated.

सौंठ : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में भारतीय सौंठ की लगातार मांग बनी हुई है, हाल ही  में इसकी कीमतों में 500 रुपए की तेजी आई थी, जिससे अब सौंठ के भाव 34500/35000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बिक रहे है। बाजार में पिसाई और सुखाने के लिए कच्चे अदरक की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता नहीं है, जिससे सूखी अदरक का  स्टॉक प्रभावित हो रहा है। नाइजीरिया जैसे प्रमुख उत्पादक देशों में उत्पादन घटने से अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में सौंठ की उपलब्धता कमजोर बनी हुई है। सर्दियों के मौसम की शुरुआत के साथ ही घरेलू स्तर पर इसकी मांग बढ़ने की उम्मीद लग रही है। आगामी त्योहारों के सीजन को देखते हुए इसमें आगे तेजी लग रही हैं।

Pistachio: future will be profitable

New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): Pistachio prices are maintaining a firm trend in mandis. Recently, Peshawari pistachio prices rose by Rs 100 to Rs 4000/4100 per kg. Strong demand from sweet manufacturers and companies preparing gift packs has reduced stocks in both wholesale and local markets. Since pistachios are imported, the weakening rupee and rising import costs are directly affecting domestic wholesale and retail prices. The market is expected to consolidate before registering further gains in the coming days.

पिस्ता : भविष्य उजवल रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) मंडियो में पिस्ता की कीमतों में मजबूती का रुख बना हुआ है। हाल ही में पिस्ता पेशावरी की कीमतों में 100 रुपए का उछाल आया था जिससे, वर्तमान में पेशावरी पिस्ता के भाव 4000/4100 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं। मिठाई निर्माताओं और गिफ़्ट पैक बनाने वाली कंपनियों की ओर से भारी मांग रहने से थोक और स्थानीय दोनों बाजारों में स्टॉक की कमी हो गई है। विदेशी बाजारों से आयात होने के कारण कमजोर रुपया और बढ़ती आयात लागत का सीधा असर भी पिस्ता के स्थानीय और थोक दामों पर पड़ रहा है। आगामी दिनों में इसमें ठहरकर और लाभ मिलने की संभावना है।

Cumin: will likely to remain high

New Delhi, 29 October (NNS): Low stocks and a strengthening futures market have triggered a sharp rise in cumin prices in the domestic spot market. Today, the prices of Average-quality cumin here increased by Rs 200 to Rs 28600/29400 per quintal. Arrivals and supplies have slowed considerably in Unjha and major mandis of Rajasthan, resulting in a shortage of stocks in the markets. Arrivals in Unjha mandi were reportedly around 12,000 bags. India’s cumin production this year is estimated to decline to 90/92 lakh bags, significantly below last year’s 1.10 crore bags. Demand from the domestic spice industry remains strong due to the ongoing wedding season and upcoming festivals. These factors are expected to support further price gains.

जीरा : आगे और तेज रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 29 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) जीरे का स्टॉक कम होने तथा वायदा बाजार में आई मजबूती के कारण घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे की कीमतों में जबरदस्त उछाल देखने को मिल रहा है। यहां पर एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव आज 200 रुपए बढ़कर 28600/29400 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के बिक रहे है। ऊंझा और राजस्थान की प्रमुख मंडियों में जीरे की आवक आपूर्ति काफी धीमी हो गई है, जिससे मंडियो में माल के शॉर्टेज बन गई है। जीरे की आवक ऊंझा मंडी में 12 हजार बोरी होने की सूचना मिली है। भारत में इस साल जीरे का उत्पादन घटकर 90/92 लाख बोरी रहने का अनुमान है, जो पिछले साल के 1.10 करोड़ बोरी से काफी कम है। शादियों और आगामी त्योहारों के कारण घरेलू मसाला उद्योग की मांग मजबूत बनी हुई है।
