New Delhi, 27 October (NNS): The supply of liquid milk gained to 85/86 lakh litres on daily basis during the last one week, but there is a lack of arrival pressure of fats in all the private and the government federations and the stock has already been over in the markets. On the other hand, the export demand of butter seems constant, due to this reason, there is a lack of stock in all the plants of desi ghee and the production cost seems high, due to this, the processing seems constant according to the sale, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 10100/10450 per tin. The plants of UP are quoting at Rs10500/10550 per quintal and the inferior quality stock also being available at Rs 8800 per quintal, in these circumstances, the market may likely to remain high during the near future.

देसी घी-प्लांटों में स्टाक कम

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति एक सप्ताह के अंतराल बढ़कर 85-86 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, लेकिन प्राइवेट व सहकारी किसी भी फेडरेशन में फैट का प्रेशर नहीं है, स्टॉक भी पहले का निपट चुका है उधर मक्खन में निर्यात मांग बनी हुई है। यही कारण है कि देसी घी का तैयार माल किसी भी प्लांट में ज्यादा नहीं है तथा उत्पादन लागत महंगी होने से बिक्री के हिसाब से ही प्रोसेसिंग चल रही है, जिस कारण प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी ही 10100/10450 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं। यूपी के एक-दो प्लांट 1050010550 रुपए भी बोल रहे हैं, नीचे वाले हल्के माल भी 8800 रुपए से कम में बिकवाल नहीं है, इन सारी परिस्थितियों में बाजार अभी तेज ही रहने वाला है।

Milk powder: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 27 October (NNS): The prices of milk powder remained stable at the same level due to the all-round diwali demand and higher production cost despite the improvement in the supply of raw milk in the plants. This year, the production of liquid milk may show downfall due to the increment in the temperature and storm along with the constant fluctuations in the weather, on seeing these circumstances, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 340/353 per kg and there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The prices of milk powder may gain by Rs 10 per kg due to the increment in the demand.

दूध पाउडर- मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में कुछ सुधरने के बावजूद भी उत्पादन लागत महंगी होने तथा दिवाली की मांग चौतरफा बनी रहने से दूध पाउडर के भाव पूर्व स्तर पर मजबूती लिए टिके हुए हैं। इस बार मौसम में परिवर्तन एवं बार-बार कहीं तूफान एवं गर्मी से लिक्विड दूध के उत्पादन में गिरावट देखने को मिल रही है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 340/353 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच चल रहे हैं, इसमें निकट में मंदे की बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं है। ग्राहकी निकलने पर संभवत 10 रुपए की तेजी ही आ सकती है।
