New Delhi, 27 October (NNS):During the previous days, the prices of pistachio peshawari gained by Rs 100 to Rs 4000/4100 per quintal. The prices of pistachio showed heavy uptrend in the dry fruits markets, due to this, both the general consumes and the traders are facing a lot of problems. There is a shortage of the stock in both the wholesale and the local markets due to the shortage of demand from the gift packing manufacturers and the sweets manufacturers. The market may improve after some time during the coming days.

पिस्ता : ठहरकर तेज रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) ग्राहकी का समर्थन मिलने से पिस्ता की कीमतों में हाल के दिनों में तेजी दर्ज की गई है। कुछ दिन पूर्व पिस्ता की कीमतों में 100 रुपए का उछाल आया था। वर्तमान में पेशावरी पिस्ता के भाव 4000/4100 रुपए प्रति किलो के पुराने स्तर पर स्थिर रहे। ड्राई फ्रूट्स बाजार में पिस्ता की कीमतें पिछले कुछ महीनों में अत्यधिक तेजी आ चुकी हैं, जिससे यह आम उपभोक्ताओं और कारोबारियों की जेब पर भारी असर डाल रहा है। मिठाई निर्माताओं और गिफ़्ट पैक बनाने वाली कंपनियों की ओर से भारी मांग रहने से थोक और स्थानीय दोनों बाजारों में स्टॉक की कमी हो गई है। निकट भविष्य के अंदर इसमें ठहरकर बाजार और सुधर सकता है।

Red chilli: no fear of downfall

New Delhi, 27 October (NNS): There is a shortage of old stock in the godowns and the cold storages. According to the chilli exporters association of Guntur, the carry over stock seems weak as compared to the previous year. The buying remained stable at the same level after the uptrend in the prices of red chilli. Recently, the prices of red chilli 334 no. gained by Rs 500 per quintal, due to this, here, its prices held stable at Rs 26000/28000 per quintal. The competitiveness between the traders and the spices companies have increased due to the uncertainty of weather and delay  in the arrivals of the new crop, but there is no need to get panic and the trade will be profitable during the near future.

लालमिर्च : मंदी से डरें नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कोल्ड स्टोरेज और गोदामों में पुराने स्टॉक में कमी बताई जा रही है। गुंटूर स्थित चिली एक्सपोटर्स एसोसिएशन के अनुसार, पिछले साल के मुकाबले इस साल कैरीओवर स्टॉक घटकर कम रह गया है। लालमिर्च की कीमतों में आई तेजी के बाद फिलहाल लिवाली थोड़ी स्थिरता बनी हुई है, हाल ही में लालमिर्च 334 नंबर की कीमतों में 500 रुपए की तेजी आई थी। जिससे यहां पर इसके भाव 26000/28000 प्रति क्विंटल के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुए है। नई फसल की आवक में देरी होने और मौसम की अनिश्चितता के कारण व्यापारियों और मसाला कंपनियों के बीच सीमित स्टॉक को लेकर प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ी है। लेकिन घबराने की बात नहीं है बाजार ठहरकर लाभदायक रहेगा।

Cloves: will be profitable

New Delhi, 27 October (NNS): The prices of cloves gained by Rs 10 to Rs 980/1070 per kg. The imported supply gets affected due to the unfavourable weather conditions and downfall in the production in the major producing countries like Indonesia, Madagascar and Tanjania. The production seems weak as the farmers of Madagascar are getting weak prices from the last some years. The prices showed strong trend in the domestic markets due to the higher import pricesand constant fluctuations in American dollar and higher freight cost. There is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices during the near future.

लौंग : आगे और लाल रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) लौंग की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती देखने को मिल रही है। एक दिन पूर्व इसके भाव 10 रुपए तेज होकर 980/1070 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं। इंडोनेशिया, मेडागास्कर और तंजानिया जैसे बड़े लौंग उत्पादक देशों में कम उत्पादन और प्रतिकूल मौसम के कारण वैश्विक आपूर्ति श्रृंखला प्रभावित हुई है। मेडागास्कर के किसानों ने पिछले कुछ वर्षों में कम कीमत मिलने के कारण उत्पादन में कमी की है। इंडोनेशिया और मेडागास्कर से आयात होने वाली लौंग पर कंटेनर, भाड़ा, डॉलर के उतार-चढ़ाव और आयात खर्च बढ़ने से घरेलू बाजार में कीमतें मजबूत बनी हुई हैं। निकट भविष्य के अंदर इसमें और तेजी की संभावना लग रही है।

Small cardamom: may increase

New Delhi, 27 October (NNS): during the review week, the prices of small cardamom gained by Rs 50 per quintal, due to this, the prices of small cardamom 7.5mm remained stable at Rs 3150/3300 per quintal. The demand seems high from the speculators and the local markets because of the weak expectations of production and sluggish arrivals in the markets and the auction centres. There is a lack of old stock to the traders along with Delhi and Jaipur. The stock of cardamom has been selling out constantly in the markets, due to this, the prices are getting appropriate amount of stock. The Indian exporters are getting huge orders owing to the feeble supply in Guatemala. The market will likely to remain strong during the near future.

छोटी इलायची : आगे और बढ़ेगी

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) छोटी इलायची की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती देखने को मिल रही है। एक दिन पूर्व इसके 50 रुपए की तेजी आई है। जिससे साढ़े सात एमएम के भाव 3150/3300 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। नीलामी केंद्रों और मंडियों में आवक कम होने और भविष्य में और किल्लत की आशंका के चलते स्थानीय बाजारों और सट्टेबाजों की ओर से मांग बढ़ गई है। दिल्ली, जयपुर आदि में व्यापारियों के पास पुराना बड़ा स्टॉक जमा नहीं है। बाजार में आ रही इलायची हाथों-हाथ बिक रही है, जिससे कीमतों को लगातार सपोर्ट मिल रहा है। ग्वाटेमाला में सप्लाई घटने से भारतीय निर्यातकों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार से बड़े ऑर्डर मिल रहे हैं। भविष्य में बाजार मजबूत रहने की संभावना अधिक है।

Black pepper: prices may increase in future

New Delhi, 27 October (NNS): During the previous week, the prices of black pepper gained by Rs 40 per kg, due to this, here,  black pepper markara jumped  to Rs 825/835 per kg. The arrivals of black pepper seems weak on daily basis in the famous producing markets like Kerela and Karnataka, due to this, there is a shortage of the stock. The imported stock seems high owing to the weak rupee against the American dollar along with the increment in the international markets. On seeing the supply, the prices of black pepper have been ruling at the higher level during the near future.

कालीमिर्च : आगे और चलांग लगाएगी

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) कालीमिर्च की कीमतों में इस समय तेजी देखने को मिल रही है। एक सप्ताह के भीतर इसमें 40 रुपए की तेजी की आ चुकी है। जिसके परिणामसरूप यहां कालीमिर्च मरकरा के भाव उछलकर 825/835 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं। केरल और कर्नाटक जैसे प्रमुख उत्पादक क्षेत्रों की मंडियों में काली मिर्च की दैनिक आवक कम हो रही है, जिससे बाजार में माल का अकाल जैसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है। श्रीलंकाई काली मिर्च के आयात और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बढ़ते दामों के साथ-साथ भारतीय रुपए के कमजोर होने से भी आयातित माल महंगा पड़ रहा है। मौजूदा सप्लाई की कमी को देखते हुए आने वाले दिनों में भी हाजिर बाजार में काली मिर्च के भाव ऊंचे बने रहने की पूरी संभावना है।

Dry ginger: profitable at the current level

New Delhi, 27 October (NNS): The prices of dry ginger jumped by Rs 3000 to Rs 34500/35000 per quintal during the last one week. There is a shortage of the stock in the country due to the increment in the export of ginger during the last some years. The prices are getting support as the balance between the supply and demand gets affected. The big stockists started hoarding the stock at the lower level, due to this, the supply gets under control in the market and the market may likely to remain high during the near future.

सौंठ : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) सौंठ की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती का रुख बना हुआ है। हाल ही में एवरेज माल के भाव एक सप्ताह के भीतर 3000 रुपए उछलकर 34500/35000 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के उच्च स्तर पर जा पहुंचे। पिछले वर्षों में और हाल ही में सूखी अदरक का निर्यात बढ़ने से देश के भीतर स्टॉक काफी कम हो गया है। कम आपूर्ति और मांग के बीच संतुलन बिगड़ने से कीमतों को समर्थन मिल रहा है। हालांकि बड़े स्टॉकिस्ट ने निचले स्तरों पर सोंठ का भारी स्टॉक जमा कर रहे हैं। इससे बाजार में सप्लाई और भी नियंत्रित हो गई है, आगामी दिनों मे सौंठ के भाव और चढ़ सकते हैं।

Cumin: will remain strong

New Delhi, 27 October (NNS):  The prices of average quality cumin went down by Rs 200 to Rs 28400/29200 per quintal during the previous day. The situation seems uncertain about the weather and the temperature in Gujarat and Rajasthan just before the sowing of cumin in October and November as part of the upcoming rabi season, due to this, the prices showed constant uptrend in the speculative and the contract market. The arrivals seems limited in the famous producing markets including Unjha, whereas, both the farmers and the traders have stored the stock at the higher level despite the uptrend in the prices. There is  no possibility to increase during the near future.

जीरा : मजबूत बना रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 27 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वायदा कारोबार में तेजी के चलते घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे के दामों में तेजी के बाद थोड़ा नरमी दर्ज की गई है। एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव एक दिन पूर्व 200 रुपए नरम होकर 28400/29200 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल रह गए। गुजरात और राजस्थान में आगामी रबी सीजन के तहत अक्टूबर-नवंबर में होने वाली जीरे की बुआई से ठीक पहले मौसम तथा तापमान के मिजाज को लेकर असमंजस का माहौल बना हुआ है, जिससे सट्टेबाजी और वायदा बाजार में लगातार उछाल देखा जा रहा है। ऊंझा समेत देश की प्रमुख मंडियों में जीरे की आवक फिलहाल सीमित है, जबकि किसान और व्यापारी भाव में सुधार आने के बावजूद भी ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में अपने स्टॉक को रोककर बैठे हैं। आगामी दिनों में ठहरकर और तेजी लग रही है।
