New Delhi, 19 October (NNS): During the review week, the weather seems winter after the higher temperature in Northern parts of the country. The supply of liquid milk has been started improving constantly due to the weak temperature in UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, but the  stock of milk has been distributing according as huge amount of plants are operating constantly. Here, the demand of desi ghee seems constant for Ashwin and Kartik month, but the demand of both desi ghee and butter may increase for diwali along with Chatt puja during the next month and downfall in the storage. The stock of butter has been selling out for the port during the last two months because the shipments seems continuous for the previous deals. The new deals of October and November have been shipping constantly, due to this, the prices remained stable at Rs10100/10350 per tin due to the shortage of the stock.

देसी घी-दिवाली तक खपत रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 19 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत में गर्मी के बाद मौसम ठंडा हो गया है। यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में तापमान कम होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुधरने लगी है, लेकिन प्लांट अधिक चलने से दूध आपस में बंट जा रहा है। इधर आश्विन-कार्तिक मास के व्रत त्योहारों की मांग चल रही है, लेकिन स्टाक घट जाने एवं अगले महीने दिवाली छठ पूजा सहित अन्य खपत हेतु देसी घी और बटर की मांग बढ़ जाएगी। बटर निर्यात में दो सप्ताह से पोर्ट के लिए माल जा रहा है, क्योंकि पहले के हुए सौदों के शिपमेंट चल रहे हैं, नए सौदे अक्टूबर-नवंबर शिपमेंट के होने लगे हैं, इसलिए माल की कमी से बाजार मजबूती लिए 10100/10350 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके हुए हैं। विगत चालू माह में 20-25 रुपए प्रति किलो की तेजी आ गई है, अब इन भावों में भी उत्पादक कंपनियों को पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार अभी 10 रु प्रति किलो की और तेजी लग रही है।

Milk powder: improvement in the supply of liquid

New Delhi, 19 October (NNS): The supply of milk powder improved to 74/75 lakh litres on daily basis in North India during the previous week, due to this reason, some companies have purchased the stock after the downfall of 50 paisa, but the stock of liquid has not been available as per the processing, due to this, the prices of milk gained to Rs64/65 per litre as per the quality. The plants that are operating are have o pay higher incentives for the purchases, due to this, the availability of best quality milk seems weak, due to this, the production cost reported to be high. The demand of milk powder has already been over, but the sale seems limited from the exporters. This year, the milk powder of South India have been selling at the higher level, due to this reason, the stock has not been selling out in North India, due to this reason, the stock is being traded at Rs 340/353 per kg as per the quality.

दूध पाउडर-लिक्विड की आपूर्ति में सुधार

नई दिल्ली, 19 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति में गत सप्ताह सुधरकर 74-75 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई। इस वजह से कुछ कंपनियों ने 50 पैसे घटाकर लिक्विड दूध की खरीद की, लेकिन प्रोसेसिंग के अनुरूप लिक्विड दूध नहीं मिल पाया, इसलिए दोबारा क्वालिटी अनुसार दूध के 64/65 ही हो गए हैं। जो प्लांट चल रहे हैं, उन्हें खरीद करने में इंसेंटिव ज्यादा देना पड़ रहा है। इसमें भी बढ़िया दूध कम मिल पा रहा है, इस वजह से उत्पादन लागत महंगी हो गई है। दूध पाउडर की मांग पूरी हो गई है, लेकिन निर्यातकों की सीमित मात्रा में सेल बनी हुई हैं। इस बार साउथ का दूध पाउडर काफी महंगा बिक रहा है, इसलिए वह माल उत्तर भारत में नहीं आ रहा है। यही कारण है कि 340/353 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार कुछ दिन टिका रहेगा।
