New Delhi, 15 October (NNS): The new crop of cashew has been started arriving in South India. Following the recent price rise, traders are holding stocks purchased at higher prices, while buying demand has not increased proportionately. Here, cashew 180 no. is being traded at Rs 1110/1120 per kg at the higher end, while inferior quality material is also being sold at Rs 1100 per kg. Cashew 210 no. and 320 no. varieties are trading in the range of Rs 920/1,000 per kg. Over the past two to three days, dispatch demand ahead of Diwali has started emerging, and the domestic market has also shown improvement. Considering these developments, there appears to be little scope for a further decline in prices from current levels.

काजू : बढ़ने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 15 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) काजू की फसल दक्षिण भारत में आ गयी है। पिछले दिनों की आई तेजी के बाद कारोबारी वर्ग के गले में ऊंचे भाव का माल फंसा हुआ है, जबकि उस अनुपात में ग्राहकी नहीं है। यहां काजू 180 नंबर के भाव 1110/1120 रुपए प्रति किलो ऊपर में चल रहे हैं, हल्के माल 1100 रुपए भी बिक रहे हैं। नीचे वाले माल 210 एवं 320 नंबर के 920/1000 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच चल रहे हैं। गत दो-तीन दिनों से दिवाली की चालानी मांग निकलने लगी है तथा लोकल माल में भी सुधार हो रहा है, उसे देखते हुए अब यहां से मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं दिखाई दे रही है।

Coconut Powder: Shortage of Raw Material

New Delhi, 15 October (NNS): The production of coconut powder reported to be weak and a severe shortage of raw material at processing units have pushed prices upward from their lower levels. Last month, desiccated coconut powder was trading at Rs 7200 per quintal, but prices have now increased to Rs 7600 per quintal. At present, superior quality desiccated coconut powder sourced from processing units in South India is costing approximately Rs 7800 per quintal upon arrival here. Considering these higher procurement costs and the shortage of raw material, trading at prevailing price levels is advisable.

गोला बुरादा : कच्चे माल की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 15 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) गोले का उत्पादन कम होने तथा प्रोसेसिंग करने वाली यूनिटों में कच्चे माल की भारी कमी हो जाने से नीचे के भाव से बाजार बढ़ता जा रहा है। यहां भी पिछले माह जो गोला बुरादा 7200 रुपए बिका था, उसके भाव 7600 रुपए बोलने लगे हैं तथा दक्षिण भारत के प्रोसेसिंग यूनिटों से आज की तारीख में बढ़िया गोला बुरादा यहां 7800 रुपए जाकर पड़ रहा है, इसे देखते हुए इन भावों में व्यापार करना चाहिए।
