New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): Coriander prices are currently maintaining a firm trend. Prices of Badami coriander increased by Rs 500 per quintal today, reaching Rs 17700/17900 per quintal. Arrivals of the new crop in major mandis in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh are reportedly below normal, resulting in limited coriander availability in the spot market. In addition, stockholders withholding supplies have further reduced market availability. Global coriander supplies are also limited, keeping international demand for Indian coriander strong. Although exports occasionally slow due to high prices, export buyers remain active overall. The market is expected to offer further gains after a period of consolidation in the coming days.

धनिया : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) धनिया की कीमतों में इस समय मजबूती का का रुख बना हुआ है। आज इसमें 500 रुपए की तेजी आने से  बादामी के भाव बढ़कर 17700/17900 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसी बड़ी मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक सामान्य से कम बताई जा रही है। जिससे हाजिर बाजार में धनिए की कमी बनी हुई है। इसके अलावा, स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा माल रोककर रखने से भी बाजार में सप्लाई कम हो गई है। वैश्विक स्तर पर भी धनिया की आपूर्ति सीमित होने के कारण भारतीय धनिया की अंतरराष्ट्रीय मांग अच्छी बनी हुई है। हालांकि ऊंचे भावों के कारण बीच-बीच में निर्यात की रफ्तार थोड़ी धीमी पड़ती है, लेकिन कुल मिलाकर एक्सपोर्ट खरीदार बाजार में सक्रिय हैं। आगामी दिनों में इसमें ठहरकर और लाभ मिलने की संभावना है।

Nutmeg: No more increment

New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): Today, nutmeg prices increased by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 720/725 per kg. Fresh arrivals of nutmeg from producing regions continue to reach mandis. Rising supplies and adequate stock availability have restricted further price gains, and the market is showing signs of stability. Importers and major traders had accumulated stocks earlier at higher prices. They are now continuously releasing their old stocks into the market to book substantial profits. Stocks of the new nutmeg crop have also increased, and rising supplies in mandis have created a softening trend in spot prices.

जायफल : नहीं लंबी तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) जायफल की कीमतों में आज 5 रुपए की तेजी आई है। जिससे जायफल के भाव 720/725 रुपये प्रति किलो हो गए। उत्पादक क्षेत्रों से मंडियों में जायफल की नई आवक लगातार बनी हुई है। सप्लाई बढ़ने और स्टॉक की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता के कारण कीमतों की ऊपरी बढ़त थम गई है और बाजार में स्थिरता का रुख देखा जा रहा है। आयातकों और बड़े व्यापारियों ने पहले ऊंचे भावों पर स्टॉक जमा किया था, वे अब भारी मुनाफा कमाने के चक्कर में लगातार अपना पुराना माल बाजार में निकाल रहे हैं। जायफल की नई फसल का स्टॉक ज्यादा हो गया है, जिसके मंडियो में सप्लाई बढ़ने से हाजिर कीमतों में नरमी का रुख बन गया है।

Turmeric: Prices Will Rise Further

New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): Turmeric prices softened today following a sustained rally. A day earlier, continuous buying had pushed Erode gatha turmeric prices in the spot market to Rs 21800/22000 per quintal. However, a decline of Rs 500 per quintal today brought prices down to Rs 21400/21500 per quintal. Fresh crop arrivals remain limited and the availability of good-quality stocks continues to be low. Arrivals have declined in major mandis such as Sangli and Nizamabad. Market speculation is also contributing to price fluctuations. Large-scale stockholding by traders and stockists has maintained a positive sentiment in both the futures and spot markets. Meanwhile, turmeric exports to several countries, including China, Bangladesh, Turkey, Sri Lanka and Nigeria, have increased, providing support to Indian markets. Prices are expected to rise further in the near future after a period of consolidation.

हल्दी : ठहरकर और मुनाफा देगी

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) हल्दी की कीमतों लगातार तेजी के बाद आज भाव नरम हुए हैं। एक दिन पूर्व लगातार बिकवाली चलने से हाजिर में हल्दी इरोड गट्टा के भाव बढ़कर 21800/22000 रुपए बिक रहे थे, लेकिन आज 500 रुपए की नरमी आने से इसके भाव 21400/21500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल रह गए। नई फसल की आवक कम रहने और अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले स्टॉक की कमी बनी हुई है। सांगली और निजामाबाद जैसी प्रमुख मंडियों में आवक कम हो रही है, और साथ ही मार्केट में सट्टेबाजी के कारण भी भावों में उतार-चढ़ाव देखा जा रहा है। व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों द्वारा बड़े पैमाने पर हल्दी की होल्डिंग करने से भी वायदा और हाजिर बाजार में सकारात्मक माहौल बना हुआ है। उधर चीन, बांग्लादेश, तुर्की, श्रीलंका और नाइजीरिया समेत कई देशों से हल्दी का निर्यात बढ़ा है, जिससे भारतीय बाजारों में समर्थन मिल रहा है। और निकट भविष्य के अंदर इसमें ठहरकर और वृद्धि की संभावना है।

Poppy Seeds: No Possibility of  Sharp Decline

New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): The poppy seed market is currently reported to be weak and the prices reduced by Rs 50 per kg. Turkish poppy seeds are holding steady at Rs 1300/1400 per kg. The poppy seed harvesting season began in March and April and increasing arrivals of the new crop in mandis have put pressure on prices. The heavy availability of both new-crop and imported supplies has increased overall market availability. Arrivals remain normal in major producing mandis, including Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh. However, domestic buying is strong ahead of the upcoming festive season, providing support to the market and preventing a sharp price decline. Despite the recent slight weakness, major traders and stockists have significantly restricted the sale of their stocks at lower price levels.

पोस्तदाना : टूटने की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) पोस्तदाना की कीमतों में इस समय बाजार सुस्त पड़ा हुआ है इससे पूर्व हाल ही में इसमें 50 रुपए की मंदी आई थी। यहां पर पोस्तदाना तुर्की के भाव 1300/1400 रुपए प्रति किलो के पूर्वस्तर पर टिके हुआ है। मार्च और अप्रैल में पोस्तदाना की फसल शुरू हो गई है, जिससे मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक बढ़ने से कीमतों पर दबाव बना है। बाजार में नई फसल और आयातित माल की भारी उपलब्धता के कारण सप्लाय बढ़ी है, जिससे आपूर्ति बढ गई है। प्रमुख उत्पादक मंडियों, जैसे मध्य प्रदेश की नीमच मंडी, में माल की आवक सामान्य है। आगामी त्योहारी सीजन को देखते हुए घरेलू लिवाली मजबूत है, जो बाजार को सहारा दे रही है और कीमतों को टूटने नहीं दे रही है। हाल ही में आई मामूली नरमी के बावजूद, बड़े व्यापारियों और स्टॉकिस्टों ने निचले स्तरों पर अपने स्टॉक की बिकवाली को काफी सीमित कर दिया है।

Big Cardamom: Prices Are Unlikely to Decline

New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): Following the decline witnessed in recent days, the big cardamom market has strengthened slightly. Fresh crop arrivals are continuing in mandis, while old stocks are still available in the market. With the October–November festive season and the onset of winter, domestic demand for large cardamom has increased considerably. Spice companies, bulk buyers and local markets have stepped up their purchases. Recently, Kanchikat prices increased by Rs10 per kg to Rs 1540/1550 per kg. A significant portion of big cardamom is imported from Nepal. Although crop production is expected to be good this year, arrivals of the new crop from Nepal have been delayed, limiting immediate availability in Indian markets. In view of rising domestic demand, major stockists and traders are holding back their supplies in anticipation of higher profits. Reduced selling pressure and active buying are gradually pushing prices upward.

बड़ी इलायची : घटने की संभावना नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) बड़ी इलायची की कीमतों में पिछले दिनों आई गिरावट के बाद बाजार थोड़ा मजबूत हुआ है। इसकी नई फसल मंडियों में लगातार आ रही है। उधर पुराना बचा हुआ स्टॉक अभी भी मंडियों में उपलब्ध है। अक्टूबर-नवंबर के त्योहारों और सर्दियों की शुरुआत के कारण घरेलू बाजार में बड़ी इलायची की मांग में काफी तेजी आई है। मसाला कंपनियों, थोक खरीदारों और स्थानीय बाजारों में खरीदारी का जोर बढ़ रहा है। हाल ही में कैंचीकट के भाव 10 रुपए बढ़कर 1540/1550 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए। बड़ी इलायची का एक बड़ा हिस्सा नेपाल से आयात होता है। हालांकि इस बार फसल की पैदावार अच्छी होने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन इसके बावजूद नेपाल से नई फसल की आवक में देरी हो रही है, जिससे भारतीय बाजारों में तत्काल उपलब्धता कम बनी हुई है। बढ़ती हुई घरेलू मांग को देखते हुए बड़े स्टॉकिस्टों और व्यापारियों ने ऊंचे मुनाफे की उम्मीद में अपने माल को रोक लिया है। बाजार में बिकवाली कम होने और खरीदारों के सक्रिय होने से कीमतें धीरे-धीरे ऊपर की ओर बढ़ रही हैं।

Cumin: prices may increase

New Delhi, 14 October (NNS): Following a rise in futures trading, cumin prices in the domestic spot market witnessed a slight correction. Average-quality cumin is now quoted at Rs 27000/27500 per quintal after the decline of Rs 500 per quintal. Just ahead of cumin sowing for the upcoming rabi season in Gujarat and Rajasthan during October–November, uncertainty surrounding weather conditions and temperatures has emerged. This has led to continued volatility and upward movements in speculative and futures trading. Arrivals of cumin remain limited in major mandis across the country, including Unjha. Farmers and traders are holding back their stocks in anticipation of higher prices, despite the recent improvement in rates. With the onset of the festive and wedding seasons in October, domestic demand for cumin from spice manufacturers, local processors and stockists has increased significantly.

जीरा : और तेजी के आसार

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) वायदा कारोबार में तेजी के चलते घरेलू हाजिर बाजार में जीरे के दामों में तेजी के बाद थोड़ा नरमी दर्ज की गई है। यहां पर एवरेज क्वालिटी वाले जीरे की कीमतें 500 रुपये है पर 27000/27500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल रह गए। गुजरात और राजस्थान में आगामी रबी सीजन के तहत अक्टूबर-नवंबर में होने वाली जीरे की बुआई से ठीक पहले मौसम तथा तापमान के मिजाज को लेकर असमंजस का माहौल बना हुआ है, जिससे सट्टेबाजी और वायदा बाजार में लगातार उछाल देखा जा रहा है। ऊंझा समेत देश की प्रमुख मंडियों में जीरे की आवक फिलहाल सीमित है, जबकि किसान और व्यापारी भाव में सुधार आने के बावजूद भी ऊंचे दामों की उम्मीद में अपने स्टॉक को रोककर बैठे हैं। अक्टूबर की शुरुआत के साथ ही त्योहारों और शादियों के सीजन की दस्तक से मसाला निर्माताओं, स्थानीय प्रोसेसर्स और स्टॉकिस्टों की ओर से जीरे की घरेलू मांग में जबरदस्त तेजी देखने को मिल रही है।

However, continuous demand from domestic buyers and the pharmaceutical industry, combined with low stocks in mandis, points towards the possibility of a stronger market in the coming days. Prices increased by Rs 200 per quintal today, taking average-quality fenugreek seed rates to Rs 8400/8500 per quintal. Weak arrivals from producing states have led traders to anticipate good profits in the future. Arrivals of the new crop are reportedly low in major fenugreek-producing states such as Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Considering the current market conditions, trading in fenugreek seeds at prevailing price levels could prove profitable.

मेथीदाना : वर्तमान में लाभदायक रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 14 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) मेथीदाना का स्टॉक कम होने के बावजूद ग्राहकी का सन्नाटा बना हुआ है। घरेलू और फार्मेसी उद्योग की ओर से निकल रही निरंतर मांग और मंडियों में कम स्टॉक के चलते आने वाले दिनों में मेथीदाना के बाजार में मजबूत की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। आज इसकी कीमतों में 200 रुपए की तेजी आई है, जिससे एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव बढ़कर 8400/8500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल हो गए। उत्पादक राज्यों से आवक कमजोर होने के कारण कारोबारी भविष्य में अच्छे मुनाफे की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसे प्रमुख मेथीदाना उत्पादक राज्यों की मंडियों में नई फसल की आवक कम बताई जा रही है। वर्तमान परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए इस स्तर पर मेथीदाना का व्यापार लाभदायक साबित हो सकता है।
