New Delhi, 30 September (NNS): The government has allocated a quota of 1.4 million tonnes for the first half of October. As it was the last day of the month, sugar for mill quality prices gained to Rs 4500/4600 per quintal due to the increased lifting activity. while spot sugar was quoted at Rs 4850/4980 per quintal. However, due to scattered weak demand in Mumbai, due to this, the prices declined by Rs 20 which stood S-grade sugar quoted at Rs 4480/4572 and M-grade sugar at Rs 4592/4822 per quintal respectively. The prices may increase during the coming days and the prices will likely to remain limited during the coming days.

चीनी-तेजी के आसार कम

नई  दिल्ली, 30 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) सरकार द्वारा अक्टूबरमाह के पहले पखवाड़े के लिए 14 लाख टन का कोटा आवंटित किया गया है। महीने के आखरी तारीख होने के कारण लेफ्टिेंग का बढ़ने से चीनी के भाव चीनी मिल डिलीवरी 4500/4600 रुपए तथा हाजिर चीनी 4850/4980 रुपए प्रति कुंतल बोले गये। हालांकि मुंबई में छिटपुट मांग कमजोर होने  से इसके भाव 20 रुपए घटकर एस र्गे्रड 4480/4572 रुपए तथा एम गे्रड के भाव 4592/4822 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल बोले गये। आने वाले दिनों में इसमें तेजी की संभावना कम है।
