New Delhi, 29 September (NNS): As the weather seems cooler in North India, the supply of liquid milk has increased to 49/50 lakh litres per day. At the same time, liquid milk consumption has risen due to Pitru Paksha. Higher liquid milk prices have pushed up production costs. As a result, companies have increased the prices of milk powder by Rs 20 per kg over the past week. As the festival demand showed uptrend, the market is expected to remain firm and the prices may increase during the near future. Premium quality milk powder is now quoted at Rs 340/353 per kg after the increment of Rs 20 per kg rise expected before Diwali. Maltodextrin and whey powder products are also being quoted higher in the same proportion. Although, the supply of liquid milk have started increasing constantly. Most of the plants have resumed operations, preventing them from receiving sufficient quantities.

दूध पाउडर-लागत महंगा से मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 29 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में मौसम ठंडा होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 49-50 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, दूसरी ओर पितृपक्ष हेतु लिक्विड दूध की खपत बढ़ गई है। लिक्विड दूध के ऊंचे भाव होने से उत्पादन लागत महंगा हो गया है। यही कारण है कि एक सप्ताह में कंपनियों द्वारा 20 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव बढ़ा दिए गए हैं। आगे त्यौहारों की खपत रहने वाली है, इसे देखते हुए अभी और तेजी के आसार बन गए हैं। यहां दूध पाउडर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 340/353 रुपए प्रति किलो हो गए हैं तथा आगे अभी 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी दिवाली से पहले लग रही है। मॉल्टो डेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल भी इसी अनुपात में बढ़ाकर बोलने लगे हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने  लगी है, लेकिन अधिकतर प्लांट चालू होने से उन्हें प्रचुर मात्रा में नहीं मिल पा रहा है।

Desi Ghee: will likely to remain firm

New Delhi, 29 September (NNS): The supply of Liquid milk has increased in the plants of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh have reached around 50 lakh litres per day. Companies have started holding stocks of desi ghee and butter in anticipation of higher consumption ahead, resulting in firm ex-plant trading. The prices of Premium quality desi ghee has reached to Rs 9,850/10050 per tin. At the same time, adulterated desi ghee is under greater control than before, while direct trading from plants to distributing mandis is also taking place. As a result, good-quality desi ghee has gained another Rs 150 per tin during the current week and reached to Rs 9850/10050 per tin. Going forward, liquid milk supply and dispatch demand have increased at companies over the past three days, leading to lower stocks and higher production costs. Therefore, the market is expected to gain another Rs 200 per tin.

देसी घी-अभी तेजी कायम रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 29 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 50 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है। कंपनियां देसी घी व मक्खन का स्टॉक, आगे और खपत को देखते हुए रोकने लगी हैं, जिस कारण देसी घी एक्स प्लांट में ऊंचे भाव पर व्यापार हो रहा है। प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9850 10050 रुपए प्रति टीन पर पहुंच गए हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी पर पहले की अपेक्षा अंकुश लगा हुआ हैं, साथ ही साथ प्लांटों से सीधे व्यापार वितरक मंडियों में हो रहे हैं। इस वजह से बढ़िया देसी घी चालू सप्ताह में 150 रुपए और बढ़कर 9850/10050 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गया है। आगे जिस हिसाब से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति एवं चालानी मांग तीन दिनों के अंतराल कंपनियों में बढ़ी है, जिससे स्टाक में कमी होने के साथ-साथ लागत आगे बढ़ गई है। अत: बाजार आगे 200 रुपए प्रति टीन और तेज लग रहा है।
