New Delhi, 16 September (NNS): Despite the tensions in the middle east countries, the demand of butter increased by 5/6 percent during the last fortnight. Here, the consumption of liquid milk seems high amid ganesh pooja. The stock has been transported via Strait of Hormuz under some conditions, due to this, the export deals of butter seems constant, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9700/9900 per tin, whereas, the stock has been selling at an under rate of Rs 50/100 per tin. There is a shortage of adulterated stock, due to this, the prices showed internal strong trend and the market may increase during the near future.

देसी घी-फैट की निर्यात में वृद्धि

नई दिल्ली, 16 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) मिडिल ईस्ट देश में तनाव के बावजूद बटर की मांग में 5-6 प्रतिशत की पखवाड़े के अंतराल वृद्धि हुई है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त गणेश पूजा में बढ़ गई है। होर्मुज सहित अन्य समुद्री मार्ग से आवागमन कुछ कंडीशन के आधार पर हो रहा है, जिससे  बटर के निर्यात सौदे होने लगे हैं, जिस कारण 9700/9900 रुपए प्रति टीन पर कंपनियां बोल रही हैं, जबकि बाजार में 50/100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट माल जरूर बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल में कुछ कमी आई है, जिस करण अंदरुनी तेजी बनी हुई है तथा आगे और बाजार बढ़ सकता है।

Milk powder: shortage of liquid amid moisture

New Delhi, 16 September (NNS): The consumption of liquid milk increased by 7/8 percent due to the increment in the temperature in North India. The supply of liquid milk seems weak in the plants, due to this, less number of plants are running, but the market remained stable at Rs 320/333 per kg due the increased demand. This year, the stock of milk powder has not been arriving in North India from the Southern parts of the country, in these circumstances, the prices may increase from the current level.

दूध पाउडर-ऊमस से लिक्विड की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 16 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में उमस भरा मौसम का तापमान होने से लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत में 7-8 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हो गई। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में घट जाने से अधिकतर प्लांट कम चल  रहे हैं, लेकिन ग्राहकी निकलने से बाजार 320/333 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गए हैं। दक्षिण भारत से इस बार उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर नहीं आ रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर ठहर कर  तेजी लग रही है।
