New Delhi, 07 September (NNS): The supply of raw milk reduced to 40 lakh litres in the plants of Kurukshetra, Pihova, Palwal, Hodal, Harfala, Agra along with Siyana, Meerut, Mohiuddinpur, Kasganj, Aligarh and Khurja of North India. Whereas, both the export and the domestic demand showed improved trend in the previous week, due to this, the companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 5 per kg, whereas, the leader companies are selling their stock at the previous rates. The trade seems weak in the markets, on seeing this, its prices rose by Rs 10 per kg. Usually, the companies of UP are selling their stock after the increment in the prices, in these circumstances, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 315/328 per kg, but the stock has not been available at the higher level. The exporters are not purchasing the stock of milk powder amid war between Iran and America.

दूध पाउडर-निर्यात एवं घरेलू मांग से और बढ़े

नई दिल्ली, 7 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) हालांकि उत्तर भारत के स्याना मेरठ मोहिउद्दीनपुर कासगंज अलीगढ़ खुर्जा के साथ-साथ कुरुक्षेत्र पिहोवा पलवल होडल हरफला आगरा आदि क्षेत्रों के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 40 लाख लीटर रही, उधर घरेलू एवं निर्यात दोनों ही मांग दूध पाउडर में गत सप्ताह में सुधर गया है, जिससे एक-दो कंपनियां 5/10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाकर बोलने लगी, जबकि लीडर कंपनियां अभी पुराने भाव पर ही माल बेच रही हैं। बाजारों में व्यापार की कमी को देखकर अब 10 रु की तेजी बन गई है। जनरल तौर पर यूपी की कंपनियां भी अंदरूनी बढ़ा करके माल बेच रही है, इन परिस्थितियों में 320/333 रु प्रति किलो का दूध पाउडर कंपनियों का बिकने लगा है। रीसेल में कुछ स्टॉकिस्ट कंपनियों की अपेक्षा एक रुपए नीचे बेच रहे हैं, लेकिन प्रचुर मात्रा में माल नहीं मिल रहा है। अमेरिका ईरान युद्ध से दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों खरीद पर पिछले दिनों प्रभाव पड़ा था।

Desi ghee: shortage of fats

New Delhi, 07 September (NNS): The export of butter and desi ghee showed uptrend in the Egyptian countries during the review week. There is a lack of arrival pressure of the stock in the plants and the peak season will arrive after some time, on seeing this, there is no possibility of more downfall in the roots and the prices of desi ghee may increase after some time, but there is no downfall in the roots. We believe that the companies are selling out their stock rather than storing. Here, the sale of best quality desi ghee showed uptrend due to the strictness over adulterated stock. On seeing the festivals demand, the desi ghee which was ruling at Rs 9600/9825 per quintal, now, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The sample pass stock also selling at Rs 7900/8000 per quintal in thikana reach.

देसी घी-फैट की भारी कमी

नई दिल्ली, 7 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह इजिप्ट के देशों को मक्खन एवं देशी घी के निर्यात में वृद्धि से 5 रुपए किलो की तेजी आ गई आज भी खुलते बाजार 5 रुपए बढ़ गये। प्लांटों में स्टॉक का प्रेशर बिल्कुल नहीं होने तथा पीक सीजन में अभी  समय बाकी है, कुछ दिन ठहर कर देसी घी यहां से और बढ़ेगा। हम मानते हैं कि कंपनियां मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक की बजाय बेचू आ गई हैं, इधर मिलावटी माल पर सख्ती के चलते भी बढ़ियां देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ी हुई है। त्योहारों की मांग को देखकर वर्तमान के जो 9600/9825 रुपए देसी घी पूर्व भाव चल रहे हैं, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। पर कंपनियां बोल रही है। सेंपल पास माल 8000/8100 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं।
