New Delhi, 26 August (NNS): The domestic consumption of milk powder increased by 23 percent for Raksha Bandhar after the shrawan consumption. The government has restricted the sale of adulterated stock and it will reject the license of the adulterants, due to this reason, the prices may increase. Only the best quality will arrive in the markets. Here, the production of lassi, buttermilk, along with other food products increased by 15 percent. There is a shortage of production, on seeing this, the sale has been started improving in the restaurants. The government has removed the restrictions on the gas cylinder during the previous month, due to this reason, both the export and the domestic demand showed improved trend, due to this reason, the companies have increased the prices of milk powder by Rs10 per kg in the current month. The prices of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level as compared to the southern parts of the country, due to this, there is no logic of downfall in the prices during the near future.

दूध पाउडर- कंपनियों का माल बिकेगा

नई दिल्ली, 26 अगस्त (एनएनएस) श्रावणी कावड़ की खपत के बाद रक्षाबंधन हेतु दूध पाउडर की घरेलू खपत पहले की तुलना में 23 प्रतिशत बढ़ गई है। सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दिया है तथा मिलावट पाए जाने पर लाइसेंस रद्द करने की बात कही गई है यही कारण है कि दूधपाउडर में तेजी की संभावना प्रबल हो गई है। बढ़िया माल ही बाजार में आएगा। इधर लस्सी छाछ ठंडाई सहित पेय पदार्थ बनाने का काम 15 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है। उत्पादन में और कमी को देखकर रेस्टोरेंटों में भी बिक्री सुधरने लगी है। सरकार द्वारा कमर्शियल सिलेंडर पर लगे प्रतिबंध पिछले माह हटा दिए गए थे। यही कारण है कि निर्यात व घरेलू मांग भी सुधर गई है, जिससे चालू महीने में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव कंपनियां बढ़ा सकती हैं। साउथ में गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा दूध पाउडर के भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, इसलिए अभी मंदे का लॉजिक नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है।

Desi ghee: no logic of downfall

New Delhi, 26 August (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced to 47/48 lakh litres in the plants. Presently, the plants are doing competitive buying of liquid milk at the current level, due to this, its prices remained stable at Rs 61.5/62.5 per k. Here, the situation seems normal between Iran, Israel and America. The consumption of liquid milk showed uptrend in the chilling plants during the Rakshabandhan and some plants are running at the current level. The UP government has stopped the sale of adulterated stock. After the increment in the demand of both butter and deis ghee, its prices may increase in the near future. Notably, the production of desi ghee seems high in the plants as comparatively because the manufacturer companies started storing the stock and some stock has been consuming in lassi, dahi and buttermilk, in these circumstances, the prices may not show more downfall during the near future.

देसी घी- घटने का कोई लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 26 अगस्त (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर औसतन 47-48 लाख लीटर चल रही है, वर्तमान भाव पर लिक्विड दूध में प्लांटों की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा से इसके भाव 61.5/62.5 रुपए प्रति लीटर में हो रही हैं। इधर युद्ध में शांति का माहौल बनना शुरू हो गया है। रक्षाबंधन में लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों में बढ़ गई है तथा कुछ ही प्लांट अब चल रहे हैं। यूपी सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी दूध उत्पादों पर रोक लगा दिया है। बटर एवं देसी घी में मांग आते ही अगले आने वाले दिनों में उछल सकते हैं। गौरतलब है कि देसी घी प्लांटों में अपेक्षाकृत कम बन रहा है, क्योंकि निर्माता कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक कर रही हैं तथा छाछ दही लस्सी में खप रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में इसमें अभी मंदा नहीं है।
