New Delhi, 25 August (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 40/45 lakh metric tonnes in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. The companies have increased the prices by 50 paisa in the current week, on seeing this, on seeing this, both the small and the big companies have remained the prices stable despite the weak sale. There is a shortage of the stock in the pipeline, due to this, the companies are doing competitive buying due to the procurement of liquid milk, due to this reason, it is profitable to purchase the stock at Rs 61/63 per kg. Incentives also have to give in some areas, due to this reason, the companies are not selling their stock at the lower level on seeing the production cost. Here, the premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 9600/9700 per tin, whereas, the inferior quality stock also quoting the prices at Rs 7700/7800 per quintal. Therefore, these prices will not be visible amid lack of demand.

देसी घी-घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 25 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 40-45 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति रही, चालू सप्ताह में कुछ कंपनियों में 50 पैसे इंसेंटिव और बढ़ गए हैं, इसे देखकर छोटी बड़ी कंपनियां अब देसी घी के भाव बिक्री कम के बावजूद टिके हुए हैं। डेयरी प्रोडक्ट का स्टाक पाइपलाइन में कम होने से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में कंपनियों को प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है, जिस कारण 61/63 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ा है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में देना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे घटाकर नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 9600/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि हल्के माल कंपनियां 7700/7800 रुपए बोल रही है। अत: केवल ग्राहकी नहीं होने के ये भाव हैं।

Milk powder: shortage of demand

The ranchi have increased the prices. The reality is that the production of milk powder showed downfall during the last one week. The consumption may increase in the Shrawani fair during the last one month. The milk powder of South India has been available at the higher level, in these circumstances; the milk powder may increase from the current level. The premium quality ilk powder is being traded at Rs 310/328 per kg and it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current rates.

दूध पाउडर-केवल ग्राहकी कमी

नई दिल्ली, 25 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में एक माह से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति लगातार घटती जा रही है, जिस कारण कंपनियां दूध पाउडर के भाव टिके हुए हैं। कंपनियों में अंदरुनी दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ मजबूत हो गए हैं। सांची ने पिछले महीने भाव बढ़ा दिए थे। वास्तविकता यह है कि एक सप्ताह से दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घट गया है, इधर एक महीने से श्रावणी मेला में और अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई है। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर कुछ महंगे मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इन भावों में व्यापार करना चाहिए।
