New Delhi, 21 August (NNS): A significant number of small desi ghee plants have been shut down, due to this, the production of both desi ghee and butter reported to be weak. In this situation, prices have surged to a very high level of Rs 9600/9750 per tin. Notably, butter stocks has again exporting which has been lying in the plants, as butter prices have been ruling at around $5550/5600 per tonne in the international markets due to the increment in the prices of butter. Under these circumstances, desi ghee is currently witnessing another upward trend during the near future.

देसी घी- स्टॉक की कमी बनने लगी

नई दिल्ली, 21 अगस्त (एनएनएस) देशी घी के छोटे प्लांट काफी बंद हो गए हैं, जिससे देसी घी के साथ साथ बटर का भी उत्पादन कम रह गया है, इस वजह से इसके भाव 9600/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर बहुत ऊंचे हो गए हैं। गौरतलब है कि प्लांटों के पास जो बटर स्टॉक में पड़ा है, उसका निर्यात फिर से होने लगा है, क्योंकि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से 5550/5600 डॉलर प्रति टन तक व्यापार सुना जा रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में अभी एक बार तेजी लग रही है।

Milk powder: no downfall in the roots

New Delhi, 21 August (NNS): The temperature has reached to 36/37 degree Celsius in the rural areas of North India, due to this, the availability of liquid milk seems weak, due to this, the production of milk powder showed downfall. On the other hand, the consumption of liquid milk increased by 5/6 percent in the production of milk powder because there are strictness over the adulteration in UP, due to this reason, its prices have been ruling at Rs 315/328 per kg. The milk powder of the southern parts of the country have been ruling at the higher level and there is a lack of stock to the federation also, due to this, the prices showed strong trend and the further consumption will remain high in milk powder:

दूध पाउडर- जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 21 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में मौसम का तापमान 36-37 डिग्री सेंटीग्रेड हो गया है, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में भारी कमी हो जाने से दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घट गया। दूसरी ओर कुछ दिनों से 5-6 प्रतिशत दूध पाउडर की खपत लिक्विड दूध बनाने में बढ़ गया, क्योंकि यूपी में मिलावट पर सख्ती बढ़ गई है। इस वजह से इसके भाव 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच तेजी लिए चल रहे हैं। साउथ का दूध पाउडर महंगा होने के साथ-साथ फेडरेशन के पास माल नहीं होने से अकड़ बरकरार रही है। आगे भी दूध पाउडर में त्योहारी खपत रहेगी।
