New Delhi, 17 August (NNS): The consumption during shrawan showed downfall in the previous week, but the domestic consumption of milk powder reported to be at the higher level as compared to fore. The government has stopped the sale of adulterated stock and it may reject the license after the caught of adulterants, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder may increase in the near future.  The best quality stock will arrive in the markets. Here, the production of lassi, butterand other liquid products increased by 15 percent. On seeing the shortage of production, the sale has been started improving in the restaurants. The government has removed the restrictions over the commercial cylinder during the previous month, due to this reason, both the export and the domestic demand showed improved trend, due to this, the companies have increased the prices of milk powder by Rs 10 per kg. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in the southern parts of the country as compared to before, due to this, there is no logic of downfall in the prices during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- मजूरी मिलती रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 17 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह श्रावणी कावड़ की खबर कुछ घट गई लेकिन रक्षाबंधन हेतु दूध पाउडर की घरेलू खपत पहले की तुलना में बढ़ गई है। सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दिया है तथा मिलावट पाए जाने पर लाइसेंस रद्द करने की बात कही गई है यही कारण है कि दूधपाउडर में तेजी की संभावना प्रबल हो गई है। बढ़िया माल ही बाजार में आएगा। इधर लस्सी छाछ ठंडाई सहित पेय पदार्थ बनाने का काम 15 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है। उत्पादन में और कमी को देखकर रेस्टोरेंटों में भी बिक्री सुधरने लगी है। सरकार द्वारा कमर्शियल सिलेंडर पर लगे प्रतिबंध पिछले माह हटा दिए गए थे। यही कारण है कि निर्यात व घरेलू मांग भी सुधर गई है, जिससे चालू महीने में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव कंपनियां बढ़ा सकती हैं। साउथ में गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा दूध पाउडर के भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, इसलिए अभी मंदे का लॉजिक नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है।

Desi ghee: will remain strong

New Delhi, 17 August (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced to 45/46 lakh litres in the plants during the previous week. Presently, its prices remained at Rs 61/62 per litre due to the competitive  buying in the plants. Here, the situation seems normal between Iran, America and Israel. The consumption of liquid milk reported to be high in the chilling plants as the Rakshabandhan is about to come and now, some plants are running currently. The UP government is banned the selling of adulterated stock in the markets. The prices of both butter and desi ghee may increase after the increment in the demand during the coming days. Notably, the production of desi ghee reported to be weak in the plants as expectedly because the manufacturing companies are storing the stock rather than selling it in the markets, in these circumstances, the prices may increase during the near future.

देसी घी-मजबूती बरकरार रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 17 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर औसतन 45-46 लाख लीटर रह गई है, वर्तमान भाव पर लिक्विड दूध में प्लांटों की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा से इसके भाव 61/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर टिके हुए हैं। इधर युद्ध में शांति का माहौल बनना शुरू हो गया है। रक्षाबंधन नजदीक के चलते लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों में बढ़ गई है तथा कुछ ही प्लांट अब चल रहे हैं। यूपी सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी दूध उत्पादों पर रोक लगा दिया है। बटर एवं देसी घी में मांग आते ही अगले आने वाले दिनों में उछल सकते हैं। गौरतलब है कि देसी घी प्लांटों में अपेक्षाकृत कम बन रहा है, क्योंकि निर्माता कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक कर रही हैं तथा छाछ दही लस्सी में खप रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में इसमें थोड़ा ठहर कर और तेजी लग रही है।
