New Delhi, 12 August (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 40/45 lakh litres in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. In the current week, some companies have increased the incentives by 50 paisa, on seeing this, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level in both the small and the big companies despite the weak sale. There is a shortage of dairy products in the pipeline, due to this, the companies have to do competitive  buying in liquid milk, due to this reason, its prices have been ruling at Rs 60/62 per kg and they have to give incentives in some areas, due to this reason, the companies are dealing the further deals at the lower level on seeing the production cost. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 9600/9700 per tin, whereas, the companies are quoting the inferior quality stock at Rs 7700/7800 per tin. Now, the stock of desi ghee is being available at an under rate of Rs 50/100 per quintal. Therefore, the prices may decrease due to the lack of demand.

देसी घी- घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 40-45 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति रही, चालू सप्ताह में कुछ कंपनियों में 50 पैसे इंसेंटिव और बढ़ गए हैं, इसे देखकर छोटी बड़ी कंपनियां अब देसी घी के भाव बिक्री कम के बावजूद टिके हुए हैं। डेयरी प्रोडक्ट का स्टाक पाइपलाइन में कम होने से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में कंपनियों को प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है, जिस कारण 60/62 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ा है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में देना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे घटाकर नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 9600/9700 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि हल्के माल कंपनियां 7700/7800 रुपए बोल रही है। अभी देशी घी, बाजार में 50/100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट बिक रहा है। अत: केवल ग्राहकी का मंदा है।

Milk powder: only shortage of stock

New Delhi, 12 August (NNS):  The supply of liquid milk has been started decreasing from the last one month in North India, due to this reason, the prices of company’s milk powder remained stable at the same level. The companies are quoting the prices at the higher level. The prices showed increment in Sanchi during the previous month. The reality is that the production of milk powder reported to be weak during the last one month. Here, the extra consumption seems high from the last 15 days in shrawani fair. The milk powder of the southern parts of the country have been available at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may increase in the near future. The premium quality milk powder is being traded at Rs 310/328 per kg and it is profitable to trade at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-केवल ग्राहकी कमी

नई दिल्ली, 12 अगस्त (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में एक माह से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति लगातार घटती जा रही है, जिस कारण कंपनियां दूध पाउडर के भाव पिछले एक माह से टिके हुए हैं। कंपनियों में अंदरुनी दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ मजबूत हो गए हैं। सांची ने पिछले महीने भाव बढ़ा दिए थे। वास्तविकता यह है कि एक महीने से दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन गर्मियों में घट गया है, इधर 15 दिन से श्रावणी मेला में और अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई है। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर कुछ महंगे मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इन भावों में व्यापार करना चाहिए।
