New Delhi, 10 August (NNS): The production of milk powder showed downfall in the plants during the review week and both the domestic and export demand seems high, due to this, the prices of premium quality stock remained stable at Rs 310/328 per kg. The inferior quality maltodextrin and whey powder also quoting at Rs230/240 per kg. The consumption of liquid milk showed uptrend during the last one month for the Amarnath yatra, haridwar and Deoghar. Here, the production may decrease due to the increment in the moisture. The prices of milk powder may not show more downfall on seeing the consumption in the baba baijnath amid kawad  yatra. The exporters started purchasing the stock because their stock has been sold out in the shipments.

दूध पाउडर-चालू माह में खपत अधिक रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 10 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन घटने एवं निर्यात व चालानी मांग निकलने से प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गये हैं। नीचे वाले माल्टोडेक्सट्रीन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल 230/240 रुपए तक बोले गए। अमरनाथ यात्रा, हरिद्वार एवं देवघर कावड़ यात्रा हेतु एक माह से लिक्विड दूध की खपत बढ़ गई है। इधर ऊमस बढ़ने से भी उत्पादन में गिरावट आ गई है। आगे श्रावणी कावड़ यात्रा बाबा बैजनाथ धाम  की खपत को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में गिरावट नहीं आएगी।  निर्यातक भी माल पकड़ने लगे हैं, क्योंकि उनके माल अगस्त शिपमेंट के बिके हुए हैं।

Desi ghee: no arrival pressure of the stock in the plants

New Delhi, 10 August (NNS): During the review week, the production of both butter and desi ghee reported to be weak as comparatively in the plants of North India. On the other hand, the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets and the season seems off, due to this, the demand has been started increasing from the companies, due to which, the prices of premium quality desi ghee rose to Rs 9500/9750 per quintal, whereas, the stock has been selling at an under rate of Rs 100 per quintal. On the other hand, the stock of adulterated desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the market and GC testing is important rather than RM testing to control the adulteration, due to this reason, the sale of desi ghee showed uptrend and the plants are running in pressure. The prices of liquid milk rose to Rs 60/62 per litre during the previous days, due to this, the procurement of desi ghee seems high. The temperature and the moisture reported to be high from the last some days. Now, the competitiveness of liquid milk may increase during the shrawani month. Therefore, the prices of desi ghee may not show more downfall during the coming days.

देसी घी- प्लांटों में प्रेशर नहीं प्रेशर नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 10 अगस्त (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में मक्खन व देशी घी का उत्पादन अपेक्षाकृत काफी कम हो गया। उधर सीजन ऑफ एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से फिर से कंपनियों में मांग निकलने लगी है, जिसके चलते प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देशी घी 9500/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पर तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं, जबकि बाजार में वही माल 100 रुपए नीचे बिक रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी धड़ल्ले से सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, इसमें मिलावट को रोकने के लिए आर एम टेस्टिंग की बजाय गैस क्रोमेटोग्राफी (जीसी) एवं टीजी टेस्टिंग जरूरी है, इसी से मिलावट रुकेगी। जिस कारण बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री बढ़ गई है तथा प्लांट प्रेशर से चल रहे हैं। पिछले दिनों लिक्विड के भाव बढ़कर 60/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गए हैं, जिससे लिक्विड दूध की खरीद बढ़ गई है। कुछ दिनों से मौसम का तापमान एवं उमस काफी बढ़ा हुआ है। अभी श्रावण में लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी। अत: दशी घी में अभी मंदा नहीं है।
