New Delhi, 30 July (NNS):The supply of liquid milk reduced to 45/46 lakh litres in the plants. Presently, its prices remained stable at Rs 61/62 per litre due to the competitive buying in the plants. Here, the situation seems normal between the war. The consumption of liquid milk showed uptrend in the chilling plants due to the kawad yatra and the some plants are running constantly. The prices of desi ghee rose by Rs 150 per tin during the next fortnight due to the increment in the demand of butter and desi ghee. Notably, the production of desi ghee reported to be weak in the plants as comparatively because the companies started storing the stock after the storage and it is being consume in buttermilk, yogurt and lassi, in these circumstances, the prices may increase after some time.

देसी घी- अकड़ बरकरार रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 30 जुलाई (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर औसतन 45-46 लाख लीटर रह गई है, वर्तमान भाव पर लिक्विड दूध में प्लांटों की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा से इसके भाव 61/62 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर टिके हुए हैं। इधर युद्ध में शांति का माहौल बना शुरू हो गया है। कांवड़ यात्रा के चलते लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों में बढ़ गई है तथा कुछ ही प्लांट अब चल रहे हैं। बटर एवं देसी घी में मांग आते ही अगले पखवाड़े के अंतराल 150 रु प्रति टीन बढ़ सकते हैं। गौरतलब है कि देसी घी प्लांटों में अपेक्षाकृत कम बन रहा है, क्योंकि निर्माता कंपनियां बटर बनाकर स्टॉक कर रही हैं तथा छाछ दही लस्सी में खप रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में इसमें थोड़ा ठहर कर और तेजी लग रही है।

Milk powder: will remain strong

New Delhi, 30 July (NNS): The domestic consumption of milk powder showed uptrend as comparatively for the Shrawani festival and Kawad mela because the work of tea, buttermilk, chaach and thandai manufacturers increased by 13/14 percent. However, the good work will not be done after devshyani Ekadashi, but the sale has been started increasing in the restaurants on seeing the shortage of production. The government has removed the restriction from the commercial cylinders, due to this reason, both the export and the domestic demand showed improved trend, due to this, the companies could have increase the prices of milk powder by Rs 10 per kg in the August month. In south, the prices of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level as compared to the previous year, due to this, there is no logic of more downfall in the prices. The containers of milk powder has been selling out at the higher level after Iran and Israel war.

दूध पाउडर- मजूरी मिलती रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 30 जुलाई (एनएनएस) श्रावणी कावड़ मेला एवं श्रावणी त्यौहार हेतु दूध पाउडर की घरेलू खपत पहले की तुलना में बढ़ गई है, क्योंकि चाय लस्सी छाछ ठंडाई सहित पेय पदार्थ बनाने का काम 13-14 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है, हालांकि देवशयनी एकादशी के बाद शुभ कार्य नहीं होंगे, लेकिन उत्पादन में और कमी को देखकर रेस्टोरेंटों में भी बिक्री सुधरने लगी है। सरकार द्वारा कमर्शियल सिलेंडर पर लगे प्रतिबंध पिछले माह हटा दिए गए थे। यही कारण है कि निर्यात व घरेलू मांग भी सुधर गई है, जिससे अगस्त महीने में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव कंपनियां बढ़ा सकती हैं। साउथ में गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा दूध पाउडर के भाव ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, इसलिए अभी मंदे का लॉजिक नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है। ईरान-इस्राइल जंग के बंद होने पर भी दूध पाउडर के कंटेनर थोड़ा महंगे में ही जा रहे हैं।
