New Delhi, 29 July (NNS): The supply of raw milk in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh has declined to around 4.5–4.8 million litres per day, resulting in milk powder production falling to approximately 570–580 metric tonnes per day. Although demand from khoya (mawa) manufacturers and beverage companies remains normal during this period, some companies have slightly reduced their prices and are offering premium-quality milk powder at Rs 305–310 per kg. As a result, prices quoted by leading companies have also softened and are currently steady at Rs 320–328 per kg. Meanwhile, buying interest has started to improve again in the southern markets. In addition, cow milk powder from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu is not available at lower prices. Considering these market conditions, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices in the near term.

दूध पाउडर- अभी घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 29 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा राजस्थान एमपी में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 45-48 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिससे 570-580 मीट्रिक टन दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन रह गया है। हालांकि उक्तावधि में मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की पकड़ सामान्य चल रही है, लेकिन कंपनियों ने कुछ नरम करके दूध पाउडर 305/310 रुपए प्रति किलो में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का बेच रही हैं, जिससे लीडर कंपनियों के भाव भी 320/328 रुपए प्रति किलो दूध पाउडर के भाव सुस्ती लिए ठहर गए हैं। हालांकि साउथ में वर्तमान भाव फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी घटाकर नहीं मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यहां से अभी घटना की गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Desi Ghee – Adulteration Remains a Major Concern

New Delhi, 29 July (NNS): The trade of desi ghee trade is facing increasing challenges due to the availability of adulterated products in the market. Compared with the same period last year, desi ghee prices are ruling higher this season, mainly because liquid milk prices have increased by Rs 4/5 per litre. As a result, producing desi ghee is no longer proving economical for dairy companies. Many companies are currently focusing on butter production, as some export orders concluded in recent weeks are still pending for execution. On the supply side, liquid milk availability has declined by around 500,000 litres over the past week. Meanwhile, demand has started picking up for the Shravani Mela, due to this, the market showed strong trend. With seasonal demand expected to strengthen further, desi ghee prices are likely to witness another upward trend in the coming days. At present, premium-quality desi ghee is trading in the range of Rs 9,550–9,750 per tin. In contrast, adulterated ghee is being sold at warehouse delivery prices of Rs 6,000–7,000 per tin, depending on the quality.

देसी घी- मिलावट से परेशानी

नई दिल्ली, 29 जुलाई (एनएनएस) देसी घी के व्यापार में मिलावटी माल से परेशानी बढ़ गई है। गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी के भाव इस बार ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस बार 4/5 रुपए ऊंचे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को अब पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि पिछले दिनों के निर्यात हुए सौदे कुछ पेंडिंग में हैं। दूसरी ओर गत सप्ताह 5 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई। इधर श्रावणी मेला हेतु मांग शुरू हो गई हैं, जिससे भावों में अकड़ बना हुआ है तथा कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वर्तमान में बाजार, जो 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं। इधर मिलावटी माल 6000/7000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार गोदाम पहुंच में बिक रहे हैं।
